Palihouse West Hollywood at Beverly Hills

The hotel and room details were excellent. The fragrance in the lobby was wonderful and very soothing. The front desk service was excellent, attentive, and very patient during check-in. The room was very clean, and the bathroom had a full set of Diptyque toiletries – a very tasteful hotel. The hotel only offers valet parking, which costs about $40-50 per night. If you don't use valet parking, you have to park on the street, which the hotel said might be a bit dangerous, so we opted for that option.

The room's windows provide very poor sound insulation; you can clearly hear noises from the street! The toilet pipes are old and smelly!

The location is simply great. The hotel is cute and well-maintained, but if I had to say one thing, I wish it came with slippers since it's a luxury hotel. There's also a small pool. Valet parking is a little pricey, so street parking is fine.

The location is very convenient, with many restaurants nearby. The room is quite large and well-equipped, but there are no toiletries or slippers provided. The restaurants and bars downstairs close at 9 PM.

This hotel is awful, almost like one of those roadside motels you see in endorsements. The room is quite large, but it feels like something out of the 1980s in China, with a TV covered by a cloth. We booked a king-size room, and the bed was about 1.2 to 1.5 meters, about the size of a single bed in a Chinese hotel. We checked in, but had to wait for the waiter to come back from the restroom before we could check in. The wait was quite long. From 8 a.m. onward, the waiter kept opening the door, not even knocking, but simply coming in to clean. This happened seven or eight times, and it continued until checkout at noon. I don't understand how such a crappy hotel could be worth 1,500 yuan. It's utterly rubbish.

The decoration of the hotel is super cute, very design and tasteful. Exquisite and small, but very well done. The bar at night is great! It is recommended to come and experience it. The equipment in the room is also very attentive and full of ingenuity.

The room was very cozy, comfortable, clean, and tidy; it's a very unique hotel. Breakfast was served separately at the hotel restaurant for an additional fee, and it was delicious and well worth it. Valet parking was available, and it was about a 20-minute drive to Los Angeles International Airport, which was very convenient.
