The service staff was really sweet, and the shuttle to/from Disney was good (although only 4-5x a day). Loved exploring the area around Knott’s as well. It’s currently undergoing renovation but that’s okay
Only issue was that my husband got got food poisoning from the ice machine. Believe the ice machine wasn’t cleaned properly so quite disappointed about that

Staff was helpful but before arrival i did not know the place was under remodeling so a bit inconvenient to sleep and finding the entrance was a bit complicated

The property is currently under construction so things are off. Loud construction. Entry now on side of building. No restaurants. I’m sure when it is done, it’ll be great!

We liked how close it was to the knottsberry farm shopping area, and how easy it was to park out in the front of the hotel. There was a bit of construction noise and noise from the theme park during the day, which was unfortunate, but it didn't bother us very much.

Employees were superb five stars. I came in on Saturday and left Monday.I paid for late check out a extra 30$ to sleep in after being at Knott’s all day the day before.The hotel is getting a remodel which would’ve been nice to know.So on Monday construction started at 7 am banging and drilling.So it was pointless in getting late check out to get some extra Zzz.

The hotel was under construction which they didn’t state on the site, no lobby, no front entrance and on top they charged for parking,which they did not state as well. Lots of noise on my last night and didn’t stop til 11pm. Really a bad experience and the colors of the hotel are depressing. Offered no discount will not recommend or stay again.
