The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good, and dinner at the Beacon restaurant was also okay.

The hotel is close to the airport and offers a round-trip shuttle bus, making it a good choice for a temporary layover. Compared to other hotels in the vicinity, it's relatively new, and overall, it met expectations for a transit stay.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is soft. I had a great stay. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommend, five stars!!!!!

The room was clean and tidy, making it a good choice for business trips. Breakfast was provided, and I'd be happy to stay here again. Basic toiletries were available, and the staff cleaned the room daily.

The bathroom is spacious and the water pressure is great, making showers incredibly refreshing. I seriously enjoy every single shower there, it's hilarious! The hotel overall is very comfortable, with plenty of fast elevators. The free water bottles on the first floor are a fantastic touch!

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at during my trip to the US, hands down. It's truly five-star quality, and the breakfast was fantastic. Everything was perfect! A big shoutout to Simon at the front desk – he was incredibly thoughtful, helped me with my luggage, and showed me how to use the elevator. He's absolutely the best staff member at this hotel!

The room was very clean and the soundproofing was quite good. Plus, the front desk can receive packages for you, which is super convenient! If you need to stay near the airport for a flight, I highly recommend this place. The lobby is also spacious, and you can even order takeout to eat there.

Stayed for two nights, but my biggest complaint is with the Ctrip booking process. The hotel couldn't link my membership, so I missed out on points! Even more frustrating, on the first day, my room wasn't cleaned, and the linens weren't changed. I was stunned when I got back in the evening. I called to ask them to take out the trash and change the linens, but it took nearly twenty minutes for someone to show up with only the linens. They couldn't speak English and didn't even touch the trash. It was infuriating. I initially chose this hotel for two reasons: 1. Hyatt's mattresses are my favorite — nice and soft; and 2. It's a newer hotel with modern facilities. And it certainly lived up to that; it's much more comfortable than hotels that are over ten years old. The breakfast was fine. There's always iced water available downstairs during the day, and I think also in the gym on the basement level at night, so you don't have to worry about not having water.
