This hotel is very clean and hygienic, the bedding is very good, and the service is also very good. Everyone very nice, hotel looks updated, clean and well laid out - very comfortable. Only issue is being underneath a room above where people thumped around all night (for 3 nights) - so the floor/ceiling element must be pretty thin to hear people walking around their room at 3am for an hour. Chalk it up to coincidence - otherwise wonderful hotel experience.

The overall stay was excellent! The staff was incredibly kind and always willing to help. It's convenient to take a Uber to Universal Studios. The only issue for us was that the room is located close to the freeway, resulting in constant noise.

The hotel is very modern and the rooms are large and beds are comfy. The staff is great.
The furniture is sp**** and there is a fridge right inder the hangers, so there is nowhere to hang anything long.
I feel another chair, or lounge chair is needed.
Otherwise, we had a very nice stay.
