Given the fact that Bellagio holds such a high profile as a luxurious hotel, service rendered could be better.. will recommend to go for other choices if possible..

Went to a concert at the Banc Of California stadium. The hotel was perfect for the event. It’s a safe 10-15 min walking distance from the venue and there are plenty of those scorers if you need to get there faster. Instead about worrying about parking and leaving the stadium. My family leisurely walked over before the show, got back to the room after in 10 mins and was able to relax in a very clean, safe, and friendly hotel. Extremely satisfied and will be back if they are other events at the stadium we would like to attend.

Room was not cleaned properly. The carpet hasn’t been vacuumed in months and it was quite dirty. However when complained to the hotel, they took responsibility and cleaned it right away.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in LA, I really enjoyed staying in the k-town area, great selection of restaurants, well-stocked supermarkets, close to the metro station and the hotel staff were extremely helpful, I will def come back to this hotel and for sure will recommend this hotel to everyone :)

The lobby of the Beverly Hills Marriott Hotel is not big. It is not as spacious as the domestic hotels, but it is very lively. The restaurant, bar and lounge are all on the first floor. The room was very nice, well decorated in typical American style. There is a big shopping mall next to it with several Chinese restaurants, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. However, the valet parking was very bad. I waited at the door for more than 20 minutes before the car came. People who arrived later than me got their cars very quickly. The valet explained that he remembered the wrong number, so no one came to my car.
