Everything you'd expect from Four Seasons and more. Super friendly and professional staff. Spacious, clean, and well equipped rooms. Higher floors have great view, with balcony too. I liked their aluminum canned water. Excellent Italian restaurant Culina. Manager David even emailed me assuring that they'd save my room preference profile for future stays, very impressive, thanks! Four Season is often the answer when I struggle to find hotels that don't compromise on having both location/neighbourhood and views, this is another example.

When I was inexplicably leaving the store, I said that I had to accept Amenity Fee. It seemed to be 30 knives. I didn’t explain anything when I first checked in. I don't know if the corresponding cost is a disposable toothbrush. There are drinks and snacks in the room, but there are no prices. The hotel is relatively new, so health is OK. But the price is relatively low cost. Not recommended to stay! Can't talk about any good experience

I was so excited to stay here. I arrived about 5pm and our room was not available to strike one so they gave us tokens for free drinks at the poolside, while we were there we waited to see if anyone will come up to us and offer drinks and nothing so I decided to go up to the bar. We ordered our drinks and when paying with the tokens the bartender made it clear to me that her tip was not included with the tokens strike 2.. made me feel like I couldn't afford it, so we decided to go have dinner, we finished dinner after 6pm and still not call my room was available so I decided to go ask..when I get there all of a sudden our room is available. We go up to our room and its the wrong one strike 3 when going back to the lobby I found a gentleman walking our luggage up so I let him know our room was not the one I reserved he apologized and walked me down to the lobby.. when we were in the lobby they apologized and gave me a discount for the mixed up.. the agreed that was not the room I reserved and was going to send wine and cheese up to our room.. never received the wine strike 4. The next morning we decided to check out I told the gal there about my horrible experience so they waved the valet also when I got my bill they added other charges of $90 and gave me a discount of $60 . Yea the other charges were added to offset the discount. I felt so uncomfortable never going back again, I'm still sad about my family trip that was ruined and made us feel unwelcome. Never had this experience ever

The rooms are tastefully appointed and every detail and been attended to. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice lighting including a motion-activated dim light for any trips to the bathroom during the night. The staff is universally wonderful and could not be more attentive and focused on your needs. This hotel hits all the right notes. Not cheap but worth every penny.

We enjoyed our stay at the London this past weekend. We were greeted warmly by Matthew at check-in, who accommodated our request for the view we wanted. The rooms were just as we remembered -- large and comfortable, with plentiful storage and beautiful bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was great, and we loved the lobby bar area, which was new since our last visit! The bar hostess on Saturday evening was especially friendly and welcoming. A lovely way to start our evening. Our only disappointment was with the pool staff this past Saturday. We'd been looking forward to a relaxing afternoon but there was a group of guests throwing a football across the pool for quite a while, often missing their mark. The pool servers completely ignored this. We saw a family with little kids almost get hit. Finally, we approached two staff members and kindly asked them to intervene but they were indifferent. We also had to ask them to remove several empty cups left by previous guests after dropping off our order. Not sure how they didn't notice the trash there. The London is otherwise lovely, so we'd love to see an improvement in their pool staff next time we visit. That would make a big difference in the guest experience.

We stayed in this hotel in july 2022 and I was not really pleased. I booked a room for 4 persons, since we were traveling with our teenage children. I asked for an early check-in, because we would be arriving from europe on a flight. All communication is done through a sort of messaging app (where they keep referring to your room as a 'wonder' - quite strange). Early check-in would cost an additional 25$ and they could only say if this would be available on the day itself. Annoying. on the day itself, after a 12 hours flight, no message from the hotel. So we waited for a couple of hours until we could check in and saw that 1) the room was a LOT smaller then it looked on the pictures 2) there was only one double bed, and one sofa bed, which was not made. I then again, had to talk via the app, because the person on reception was not there, and they gave us some sheets for the sofa bed. This sofa bed was terrible. I mean, I know the hotel has a retro, I just didn't expect the bed to be dating from the 1950s... The mattress was so flimsy our kids could hardly sleep. Customers service was a joke, (all impersonal - chatting through an app) basally saying they could do nothing for us and that we should be happy they already gave us extra sheets (???!) The location is not bad, although a bit isolated. Anyway, I would not return here ever.

We chose this hotel because it was close to our son's apartment. The room was fine, but the service was more than disappointing. We stayed for four days, Upon check in they asked us when we wanted the room cleaned and new towels. We said everyday. Instead the room was only cleaned once and new towels were not even delivered when we put the used towels in the hallway, per their request. A clerk was rarely at the desk and needed to be located. No one ever answered the phone, as I tried to cal many times for service.

Ctrip information does not include breakfast, but the hotel actually includes breakfast. The breakfast content is not much, it stays the same every day and is relatively monotonous. The hotel offers valet parking and is quite expensive. There are many restaurants around the mall, and eating is very convenient. If you are willing to walk for 15 minutes, you can go to the farmer's market. Next to grove you can find better restaurants, movies and shopping. There is a wholefood across the road. Hotel location is general, travel car rental or Uber is better, stayed for four nights, the first night of the deduction of 400 knife pre-authorization, was informed, the second and third night respectively deducted me 35 and 250 knives, is Did not say, the hotel front desk can not find out why the deduction, only contact with the bank overnight, for a long time, the room service also stole a new doll with a tag? There are good restaurants within 300 meters to 500 meters. Recently, I eat Japanese food every day. I’m so happy. Pros: - Cute rooftop with pool (tho it's very small so go early or off hours) - Very good breakfast food - very pricey though.. but that's hotels in general - Great location Cons: - BLACK MOLD in bathroom/tub - this was seriously concerning and should be immediately addressed in all rooms. - Outdated rooms in general in desperate need of renovation - it all needs updates, it looks dated and unkept to be honest, and not in a chic way. - Service to the rooms was bad - My room was stocked with all decaf pods and hot chocolate, when I called to ask for caff they said they were out.. they did offer to sell me coffee, but we ended up having to leave to make our dinner.. seems petty but these are the minor details you're paying premium for.. - Service in general was slow. they need more staff. The check-in process was extremely slow and i was put on hold multiple times when calling down to the front desk staff. - The property also really leans into their ”circusy” theme, which I'm all about a bohemian vibe but blasting ”Pure Imagination” at my brunch hour misses the creative mark. It came across as annoying, not thought-provoking. In short, I was excited for a stay at what I recalled was a pretty cute hotel at one point in time, but now it feels like they're cutting corners..

As a woman travelling alone my main concern is safety at night. This hotel has old worn furniture, dirty carpets, non working TV's and rusted bath tubs, but honestly I am never in so I don't really care as the position was favorable for my business trip. SAFETY IS A BIG CONCERN in this hotel. ALL the staff leaves at 8 pm, leaving the hotel completely unguarded all night. In addition, the front door does not lock by itself, the client needs to turn around and manually close it, well you know how many people don't do it right ? This morning I got up for my meeting and there was a homeless man in the lobby. During the night someone tried to violently open my door, I yelled at them and luckily they left. Now there is yelling in the hallway, people knocking on doors and running in the hallway. It should not be allowed that people run a hotel like this. You purchase a room with the expectation of safety, which here is not guaranteed, If you are a woman travelling alone stay away from this place.

Let me start with the positive. It’s a beautiful hotel that is very minimalism and I stayed in a loft terrace room which was spacious and comfortable and had a great view of the city. In addition as a Titanium member they offered me an upgrade to a suite but as it didn’t have a view I decided against it. Now for the staff and management. I had a charge added to my bar tab that I did not authorise and a valet charge added when I did not valet park. Two staff members here were dishonest and the management, both front office and director of sales seem to think that this is acceptable and did not apologise. They did refund me those charges. And give me back the resort fee. But they told me there was no wrong doing happening at the hotel. I am of the opinion that if someone in the bar adds a service tip that was not authorised that this is fraud. It was a purposeful and deliberate act with the expectation that I would not notice. And clearly an understanding that the management would let it slide. I have spent over 80 nights in Marriott hotels this year, including more expensive brands than this hotel and I’ve had better experiences and better management. Any hotel that allows employees to commit fraud and says no wrong doing happened and does NOT apologise should be investigated and anyone who stays at this hotel should be weary. I’d strongly advise double checking your folio when you leave the hotel. I’m very, very disappointed with this hotel management and Marriott. Be warned.
