Springboard Hospitality Properties in Los Angeles

This hotel was a surprise. I figured it would be OK, but it turned out to be delightful the service from the desk was exceptional. The only downside was there was a charge to park in their lot, which wasn’t on the website that I recall but knowing my car was safe, was reassuring, I would stay again.

It is a music-themed hotel. There are resident singers at night and some music will be played during the day. However, the soundproofing of the room is pretty good. I live on the 3rd floor and I can barely hear any noise when I enter the room. The wardrobe is a bit like a secret door. Before checking out, you must check if there is anything missing in the wardrobe. I just forgot to hang my clothes in it, so I called for express delivery. There is no coffee machine in the room, but the service desk next to the elevator provides water and coffee, which is good.

Went in summer. The advantage of the hotel is that multiple people can stay in one room. The suite with a large bed and sofa bed is very spacious, which is very suitable for hanging out with friends. The hotel is not a large chain hotel. The facade looks relatively hidden, but the interior decoration is good, with a small bar and a swimming pool. The hotel is located in West Hollywood, with mainly residential areas nearby. It is very quiet and safe. The hotel is on a slope. Walking up you can reach a section of Sunset Boulevard, and walking down is Santa Monica Boulevard (part of Route 66). There is a Trader Joe’s nearby which is very convenient. The hotel service is also very good. We basically got everything we asked the front desk for (we even got a microwave). It takes about 30-40 minutes to take a taxi from each attraction, and 10 minutes to Hollywood Boulevard.

The hotel was a little gem! Staff was friendly and room was super big! Love the location! Walking to shops restaurants etc. My only complaint is the walls are thin. Could hear the neighbors above walking/showering/even talking very good.

The hotel room is large, with good facilities, comfortable bedding, and even a large corner sofa and an old-fashioned fireplace. It is located in a relatively safe area, and you can walk to the famous Great White Cafe. I stayed for two nights and there was no cleaning. The staff was enthusiastic and greeted everyone when they came in and out.
