Across busy street and through another hotel to get to beach. Thin walls and ceilings, so noisy. Clean, modern facilities, near good dining.

Room 23, 2nd floor.
Super clean modern place in a motel like setting. Really friendly staff. Filtered water cooler on 2nd floor. Cold plunge pool. Netflix. Small dark rooms. Toiletries are included. Great location. Close to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. We would return.

This was an easy and affordable alternative if you have to go to Cabo and not in need of amenities. Rooms are small, but are very functional. Hotel is very clean. Location is spot on! Ubers usually park outside the hotel, resulting in getting an uber ride in less than 1 min. Cabo Azul, Barcelo, Vidanta are across the sreet. If you find yourself needing a beach resort but not necessary needing to stay at a resort, Barcelo across the street has daypasses for $1500 that include access to the gym, food, and pool. You can also go to El Ganzo or Veleros Beach Clubs, both very nice and 10 mins away by car. Highly recommend this place!

This will definitely be our go-to spot for future Cabo trips! It was quaint and very comfortable! Staff was friendly! Plenty of bites and shopping areas surrounding it! Thank you!

We were pleasantly surprised with this boutique hotel. It was just what we needed, quiet, but with numerous restaurants within walking distance, one not one minute away, Santo Paulo. It was closer to airport and a bit away from Cabo San Lucas, but easy, scenic Uber drive away.

This place is nice and clean but it’s not a 4 star hotel.More like a nice clean roadside motel.
The photos showing view over golf course to ocean are not at all what it was like.
