Casa Maat was warm friendly and wonderful. The butler service was particularly outstanding! Service around the pool and spa were also great. Loved my room! All the staff went above and beyond.

Great stay at Casa Maat in Los Cabos. The service is great, food is delicious and staff is excellent and very friendly. Our butlers Dassael and Jesus were great and our servers Monserrat and Pedro made sure we are not hungry. The room are excellent, very spacious and clean with an amazing view. We will definitely come here again.

The hotel manager takes no responsibility for issues with communication and staff. As a lifetime Gold member and Marriott Vacation Club owner, I was disappointed when the hotel didn't honor the rate I booked and the team didn't connect me to the manager until after I arrived. In addition, I had noise issues and the manager chose to gaslight me. He believed that having the butler send me a WhatsApp message at 10pm the before I left as an attempt to handle the situation. There are so many lovely properties in Cabo with great customer service so I wouldn't give up your peace for this place. Grupo Diestra's executive team doesn't manage the hotel managers and Marriott is only an intermediary.

Spent our honeymoon here and it was absolutely wonderful. The butler service was excellent and they were very attentive to every question/need we could have, look forward to going back!

The Casa Maat team was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our trip was great. The butler service and pool service - Jesus, D, Pedro, and Zitlali were fantastic.

Amazing service and location, hotel is beautiful but has had its best days, needs some updating. Very clean and very well managed, all staff were super friendly.

I have now stayed on both sides of the Jw Mariott Los Cabos and I can say I highly recommend Casa Maat. If you’re trying to decide between the two, you won’t go wrong either way but Casa Maat definitely takes luxury to the next level. Not only are you taken through separate check in but you have a whole section of the hotel to yourselves. The lounge at Casa Maat is probably the best perc of spending the extra money. You have a free breakfast every morning, lunch time snacks, and a different themed dinner every night. It helped a ton if you’re not trying to spend a ton extra but don’t want to stay at an all inclusive. The private pool was amazing with a beach view and personal concierge. I can not recommend it enough. Had an amazing birthday trip thanks to all the staff. Special shout out to our butler team, Jesus, Ricardo, and Dassaed!

This is not your typical Cabo experience. You won’t find loud music, cheap food and beer, and quite far from the Cabo Wabo crowd. The property is beautiful and modern although I noticed a few spots that need some maintenance. As a resident at Casa Maat you have access to the larger JW property including the spa, fitness center, and pools. One issue was the lack of proper A/C in the fitness center; not sure why. Thank goodness for the cool towels. Only beer and wine are part of the “inclusive” package all day. However, the bar is “open” during the 6:00-8:00 pm dinner. Expect $32 margaritas if you order one other than during that window of time. The complimentary breakfast is exceptional. The dinners were good but not great. What is truly great is the staff. Pedro made sure everyone in the pool area was happy. Servers Anahi and Tzitlali always had a smile and made sure everyone had a drink in hand. The butler staff made sure your needs were met. The rooms are spacious and almost all have seem to have an ocean view. Will certainly return to Casa Maat.

This was our 7th vacation here. Why so many you ask? It’s the people, service and hospitality.

We had a great experience at Casa Maat Marriott! The whole team the helped us was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. We are very grateful and would for sure stay here again!

Oh where to start? Casa Maat is a paradise amidst paradises. The location was gorgeous and expansive with the access to the other JW properties included. The Spa and pickleball courts were especially fantastic as was the selection of pools. Casa Maat went above and beyond all of that by simultaneously offering privacy and a more luxurious experience alongside the regular guests. The butler service was beyond exceptional and they really made it their mission to make sure we had all we needed. The staff even scoured the property for some lost items and helped us to pack them as we were waiting for our exit transportation. Truly amazing people at an amazing property. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Cabo.

Staying at Casa Maat was AMAZING. Amazing staff, food was delicious, and the amenities are un-matched. From breakfast and dinner being included, to Spa access, it was the perfect place for our group. Would stay again!
