The apartment was very clean and had a small pool. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, and the apartment was fully equipped. The only downside is that Santa Cruz and Fuencaliente are quite far away, although there is a bus line that takes you to the airport and the capital.

Классный комплекс с апартаментами. Стойка регистрации круглосуточно работает. Можно купить ужин за 14 евро - отличный шведский стол. Персонал очень отзывчивый и любезный. Есть где погулять и посмотреть, как самолеты уходят на посадку. Единственное, с чем могут быть сложности - это найти парковочное место, так как машин очень много (но нам повезло, кто-то уезжал и мы быстро зашли это место). Локация очень близкая к аэропорту - буквально пять минут на машине (поэтому мы и взяли там одну ночь, чтоб сразу в аэропорт утром доехать).

Good location, nice clean complex , staff very friendly and cleaning staff excellent.. just apartments are very tired and in need of updating, kitchen facilities very poor, not really catering for a self catering holiday, although restaurant on complex and plenty of cafes and restaurants near by .. good bus service to Santa Cruz and airport near complex .. walking around the area is nice, with pathways along the coast, all the way to Santa Cruz

Great location for exploring. Easy walk to Santa Cruz & great bus connections to travel round the island. Hotel a tad on the tired side but still good value for money. Food choices pretty basic but more than satisfactory. Staff friendly & helpful when required. Free safe for valuables was helpful. Pool clean & large enough & almost always empty if sunbathing is your thing.

We had a fantastic one-week stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the pool area was lovely and relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist. Hiring a car through reception was quick and easy. The location was excellent, with a shop just a 2-minute walk away and plenty of restaurants only a short bus ride into Santa Cruz. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely clean apartment, brilliant breakfast, well kept gardens and excellent staff. A gem of a place and in a great location. Evening meals in the restaurant are incredible value. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Good holiday apartment in excellent location. Only downside was WiFi wouldn’t connect in our apartment although it was available in other parts of the complex.
