Good hotel to spend a couple of days. Swimming pool and other facilities to enjoy sunny days. Also close to Puerto de la Cruz and with plenty of trails nearby to go for a walk.

The hotel's service and facilities are equivalent to its price. It is remote but has bus connections, parking inside. Dinners and breakfasts are good and varied. Dinners include wine and water and you have to pay for the rest of the drinks yourself. The rooms, although old-looking, are decent.

The hotel was needing a complete upgrade. Balcany cracked looking dangeroys. Staff rude and unhelpful. Food cold. No entertainment. No bar during the day or anywhere to get drinks. No music or holiday atmosphere anywhere. Booked full board but had to eat out.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. For the price we paid, I would definitely go somewhere else. I booked a room for myself and two kids (16 and 11) on a booking platform that described the room as suitable for three people, with a maximum of two adults. I assumed it would be a double or twin room with an extra bed for a child. However, when we arrived to check-in in the evening, they told us they had no record of three guests, only two adults, and that we could not stay in the room we had selected. They gave us a bigger apartment and asked me to come to the front desk the next morning to resolve the situation. I must say that the gentleman at the front desk during the evening shift was sincerely apologetic and showed empathy. However, the front desk man in the morning was a completely different story. He was rude and arrogant, and I've never experienced such poor hospitality. He showed no acknowledgement of their incorrect advertisement. They claimed that the room we selected was only suitable for two adults, with a maximum of one two-year-old child. I took the time to search through several different platforms where this "family-friendly" hotel was listed, and on all of them, it stated that children up to the age of 13 were free of charge. However, in our case, we were asked to pay extra for our 11-year-old, which amounted to a 50% increase in the original price. With poor English skills, the only argument they had was several times "It's not my problem. You pay now or leave!" - without getting back any money for the rest of the nights, of course. In the end, we paid the price and were reimbursed by the booking platform afterward, although I'm quite certain it was the hotel's fault. Mistakes do happen, but the rudeness and poor attitude of the staff were unacceptable. I don't see the hotel as family-friendly, friendly, or even polite at all. As for the hotel itself, the amenities were quite old, as evidenced by the condition of the rooms, restaurant, and outdoors. The pool was literally colder than the ocean, and nobody could stay in it for more than five minutes. For the original price, I would say it's about average, but after the 50% increase we paid, the hotel is way below average, and I would rather find a better hotel in a better location. To top it off, when we were leaving breakfast, one lady working in the restaurant got hysterical about our 11-year-old taking an APPLE from the breakfast buffet - how silly and rude reaction, especially to a kid.

The service on the hotel resturent is VERY bad. They talking don't to you, and treat you like a dog. I will never come back to this hotel, and the only reason is the people who works in the resturent. We paid a lot of money to travel, so we expect a little respekt. We don't fell welcome.

The restaurant staff is extremely disrespectful and disgraceful to hotel guests! They embarrass you in front of other guests. I tried my best to manage well with my two little kids (8 and 6) and a 75 years old mother, but they did everything to make our holiday a very experience at the hotel! Their way of speaking and behaving (showing fingers while speaking to you all the time) is completely wrong. They have absolutely no understanding for the situation. The made a hell for us. We will NEVER go back and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Even my little kids noticed clearly that restaurant staff were extremely unfriendly. We have been to Spain in different parts and never, NEVER, seen behaviour like this. Shame!!! One example: My little daughter (6 years old) needed to go to the wc in the middle of our dining. I, of course, had no choice but to take her to the wc. When we came back, the restaurant staff had already taken away our food and all the plates, water and wine from our table. We thought ok, maybe they guessed that we were gone for the evening. So we took food again from the buffet and sat on a new table. They came to us and told us harshly to leave, and told us we were not allowed to eat again because we were only allowed to enter the buffet restaurant once! For heavens sake what is this kind of treatment. They embarrass you in front of other guests. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! The view from our room on the 7th floor was amazing, though. Room: 2/5 View: 5/5 Pool: 2/5 Pool bar:1/5 (dead) Food: 2/5 Friendliness: 0/5 Recommend?: No!

Booked this hotel in good faith. When we got there IMMEDIATELY clear it's nothing like the photos, it's literally stuck in the 80s. Old, smells, and there is no mod cons at all. Middle of nowhere with bus loads of older people shipped in daily to be sold something ??? Food is VERY poor. Main issue is the internet, I booked the hotel to work from as it advertised free internet in all rooms...this is simply not true. The internet NEVER worked. I had to leave after two nights as I was losing clients. The hotel flatly refusws to refund any of the remaining two week I booked. In this day and age this hotel can't last operating like this. Just avoid.

We stayed here 10 days with a group from Spain with IMSERSO, the Spanish cheap holidays for old folk scheme. Before we went we thought it would be a pretty average experience at best. Itś fair to take account that this is a rather old three star place with affordable prices. In itś favour, the whole place is immaculately clean; the staff unfailingly polite and friendly and very hard working; the food is not haut cuisine but there is a wide choice of hot dishes which change daily, and a well stocked salad bar. Some reviews slate the breakfast but there are eggs, bacon, baked beans and often delicious cooked tomatoes, and there are cold cuts and fresh bread rolls. What not to like? The location is not brilliant, outside the small town of Longuera, and there is no local beach. However there is an hourly free bus to Puerto de la Cruz where there is plenty to see and do. An oddity is that the rooms have a kitchen with a hot plate, a kettle and a fridge-freezer some crockery and cutlery, which we had no idea about till we arrived, but it proved handy for making coffee.
Response from Property: We appreciate your positive comments and, in turn, the cons that you have found during your stay. We are glad to know that you enjoyed your stay with us. Also that you have been surprised by our hotel. All our rooms have a kitchen. We are very sorry that you did not know El Socorro beach, our local beach. In the event that you plan to visit us again in the future, please contact us to reserve a room for you, according to your preferences. We say goodbye, hoping to have you with us again. They have nice and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Do not worry about the location! Hotel has own transportation to Puerto de la Cruz every day except Sunday and best of all it is free of charge. Around the hotel you will find very nice hiking path on shore of the sea. We had one month stay with half board. Breakfast and dinner was good. There is also entertainment every night at restaurant music and dancing.

This hotel will take you back to the 80’s, but I still recommend it because it’s amazing value for money. Pros: it’s in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the sea, the area is beautiful, there are plenty of hikes to do and places to see, most rooms have truly amazing sea views, our room had a kitchenette (I’m not sure all of them have one), there is a nice outdoor area with a swimming pool and tropical plants and you will be looked after by a friendly old-school staff. Cons: there isn’t any beach within walking distance, it’s isolated and you will need a car (and parking spaces are limited), it’s a bit decadent overall and the buffet breakfast is terrible in terms of quality. Considering the pros and the cons, I do recommend this place because we had a spotless room on a high floor with fantastic views, a kitchenette and two balconies (yes, two!), all for 50€ including breakfast. You can’t beat that! If I can’t find such a low price again, I think I would be happy to pay up to 80€ for that room in this hotel.
Response from Property: We appreciate your positive and negative comments that help us improve. We are glad to know that you enjoyed your stay with us. We have 3 km. Garden Beach which can be accessed on foot or by public bus (line 381). Also, the free bus that the hotel has, brings them closer to the Martianez beach. In the event that you plan to visit us again in the future, please contact us to reserve a room for you, according to your preferences. We say goodbye, hoping to have you with us again. Three star hotel, clean. The room and bathroom were huge, perhaps because it was wheelchair accessible. Clean, minimalist and like the entire hotel in urgent need of image washing and updating. The staff is very correct and friendly. The open buffet style food was very weak, both lunch and dinner. Only breakfast was half saved. One drawback is that it is not central, there are no buses to the center of Puerto, but they run every hour and not until late.

The personal treatment, the empathy of all the workers. After three years in a row spending vacations at this Panorámica Garden hotel, I have to say that we like it more and more. Firstly, I would like to highlight the reception staff, Braulio for his professionalism and collaboration, Chaxi, Jose Antonio and the rest of his colleagues, in the cafeteria Vanesa, friendly and smiling, as well as waitresses at Obelis, and I don't remember the names of the blonde waitress with a ponytail, nor the waiter, for his friendliness and professionalism and the girl who made the room charming. Thank you all very much and I hope to see you again next year. A big hug for everyone.

The quality of the restaurant has dropped a lot...I was there 2 years ago and everything was much more careful in this 3-star hotel, today I eat just enough because I'm embarrassed to leave it on the plate. By the way, I haven't seen the wrinkled potatoes for a single day...we are in the Canary Islands...

It is next to the guachinche (Canarian bar) el pino. At the hotel the food is very good but escape, there is a line... I recommend the grilled cheese. The food is good but if they put nuts better. There are many young black people who have nothing to do with being paid as an extra for the nightly show. There is a bracelet store... recommendable. There is a field in front of the hotel where locals go to walk their dogs, an old place for water transportation, and it is advisable to walk at sunset. The parrot park is nearby, don't forget to go! I liked the sea lion show and the fish shark jellyfish aquariums... On Sundays neither the hotel bus nor the nearest bus works, it is something difficult to understand. I would recommend that they make a spa and a guinmasio on the lower floors This way you don't smell as much of the smell of food that rises to the upper floors. And if I take the ramis unemployment inside me! Thank you
