前台電話應答即時，有附加的服務和要求都可以和小姐姐溝通。環境：客房環境小而美，智能馬桶和智能窗簾是賣點，浴室有吹風機、浴衣和洗漱用品，卧室有一次性拖鞋和水配有蘇打水和礦泉水電視有奇異果會員，盥洗池水盆可以再翻新一下。客房清潔：很快很及時，還有手寫小卡片，有什麼要求可以寫在單子上溝通，東西補得很快。交通：交通便利，古都大酒店旁邊，離地鐵和公交車站很近，旁邊有免費停車場可以停車，打車也很方便。

OYO酒店我在江蘇住過，當時感覺還挺好，這次在婁底剛進入灑店房間就感受到很重的異味，熱水也衹稍有點温感，估計不到35度，都沒法沖涼.這大冬天的沖涼，要是感冒發燒了，就得醫院排查新冠啊，打店家電話也沒用，晚上十點了，隔壁還傳來強列的施工聲，吵**了，還有更奇葩的，我訂的是含早餐的，早餐加收了13元，第一天8點多去點了個12元的牛肉麪，吃完老闆娘説含的早餐是8元的粉，又補交了4元，而且這個12元的牛肉粉比外面10元還不如，最奇葩的是第二天7點四十去吃早餐，發現餐廳沒人，問前台，説老闆娘還沒下來，不知道什麼時候才有早餐吃，我趕時間就叫服務員退早餐費，服務員退了我12元，等我在外面吃了早餐回來退房開發票，服務員説早餐錢他們老闆不給退，還給他老闆打了電話，電話里老板居然叫我等到8點多來吃早餐，還説可以記帳，下次來住再補吃，這樣還有下次嗎？我也不想難為服務員，又把12元早餐費還給了服務員，就當肉包子打狗了。這酒店就是拉圾中的戰鬥機，平生第一次給酒店差評，在婁底往過七丶八家酒店，這個最差，沒有之一
