Courtyard Dulles Town Center

Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location with free shuttle to dulles. Fitness center could be better, and I saw a few people disappointed there was no buffet/continental breakfast (I saw this ahead of time). Overall, would absolutely return next trip to the area.

I booked this hotel through *******, but when I checked out, the total amount was different from the price I originally booked. The front desk staff explained that ******* calculated a different tax rate, but the explanation did not make much sense to me. Later, she discovered there was an extra breakfast charge that should not have been added because I did not have breakfast at the hotel. Instead of carefully reviewing the charges, she seemed to blame others for the mistake. Overall, the check-out experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

The breakfast was very good and the people running the restaurant were great. Nice hotel but getting a little old. Very clean and nice staff of people.

Staff members were friendly. Hotel room was clean.

Bistro was not open much of the time. Falsly advertised! Uncomfortable sofa. Bathtub and bathroom slippery floors.

Check in was quick and easy and the front desk person was very personable.

Very hard to find at night; poor signage. Not having a free breakfast was not acceptable.

Excellent hotel reserved for a nearby wedding. This hotel was wonderful with their amenities. We enjoyed ourselves. Thank you
