Room is a bit shabby but so far not bad. Stuffs are helpful. The restaurant next door is great. A pleasant stay overall.

Generally very good and happy with stay
Room 222 wouldn’t heat up and was very cold. Air conditioning unit only supplied cold air even on higher setting
Was going to have evening meal in the hotel. I stood waiting to be seated when a member of staff came out, saw me there and turned around without acknowledging me heading back into the kitchen. Therefore I walked away and went to the Harvester next door where I was greeted straight away and served quickly. An acknowledgment that I was standing there was all it took to stop me walking away

Regular guest in business trips. Staff vary in attitude. Food average. Hot buffet breakfast and coffee machine usually only slightly warm. Room and bathroom good. Carpeting and corridors tired.

Chosen for cost/location: close to Donington Park. Bonuses were it was clean, modern, excellent food and excellent staff. Will stay here again!
