Baymont by Wyndham Louisville Airport South

Breakfast and staff were amazing! The rooms weren't disgusting. However there was weird brown gunk on the remote and the remote only worked to change channels and volume. The shower took at least 10 minutes to get warm enough to shower in.

Room was clean. Staff was nice, but not super helpful with food suggestions (we asked about pizza…). Breakfast was simple, but well put together. Adequate for our needs. Well priced.

Breakfast was good, the workout room was adequate, however, I’m not sure how any hotel nowadays gets away with not having an elevator. Quite inconvenient. In addition, when I got home and was cleaning out my backpack that I had snacks in, it was obvious that a small animal likely a rodent had gotten into it and chewed on some of the snacks. My backpack was nowhere else where this would’ve even been remotely possible so it had to have been while I was in my hotel room. Extremely disturbing for obvious reasons and I won’t be staying with this hotel chain again.

Breakfast - adequate. Noisy refrigerator & heating system. Hair dryer didn't work but was replaced promptly.

Clean room. Everything worked. Bathroom vent fan rattled and was noisy, but this was not much of an issue since it only is running when the bathroom light is on. Did not try the breakfast. Front desk guy was personable and friendly. Overall, it was a reasonable price for a value oriented stay. Would stay here again.

Room was not ready upon check in time and had to wait. Breakfast was good. Location was good for our needs.
