BEWARE. Hello, I have given this sometime before reviewing waiting to see if the manager and insurance company were going to make it right, however it’s been a couple weeks and I’ve been blown off after a couple of calls. I woke up covered in flea bites on my legs, I proceeded to go show and tell the front desk associate ,he informed me the manager would call me asap, and that he would refund my room. I waited 3 days, never heard from Pete the manager. I called back on Monday, then he called me back. He said he was going to perform an inspection. Few days goes bye and reaches out to say they didn’t find anything and sends me to his insurance company. Meanwhile I’m down a doctors visit , medicine and now I have to pay $1200 to get my house treated for fleas. And I’m still covered in hives from the bites. Insurance company calls me & im given the run around again, I told them something needs done here. I’m down $1400 with the cost of my room, the least they could do is comp my room. She agreed, she said she was calling hotel, then they would call me back… well it’s been another week and I’ve heard nothing. Stay away, there is some type of insect problem. I will be posting my pictures of my legs, my bills and messages that show how you should think twice before spending your money here with a manager and team that doesn’t care , & doesn’t seem to think things like this are a big deal.
