Reviews of Wherry Hotel

A really good hotel with basic but spacious and comfortable rooms, most with good views across the broads. Offering decent food and drink choices on site, the evening meal was fulfilling if not exciting and the cooked breakfast was really, really good. Car parking (free) is readily available and the service received from all of the Wherry team was first class.

waited at reception, saw note saying go to bar, went to bar, had to wait in a queue while people ordered food/drink, then told I needed to go to reception. room smelt of dog. No wifi

Maybe because it was bank holiday meant the price was dearer. Definitely not worth £150 a night. But the bed was great. The bathroom a god size. As a guest however I feel I should not have been denied a dink at 10-45 . As the bar was open . But as a paying guest no service. I would not the recommend this hotel at the price I paid. £75 a fairer ask. The breakfast was good. The bacon top notch however.
