Excellent hotel and a great Aston chain. The hotel is brand new, the room is modern, the bedding is luxurious, the shower is top-notch, all for a modest price. The breakfasts are excellent, with a large selection, and the staff is responsive, always offering mineral water. We left at night for the volcanoes and knew we would arrive after breakfast ended, so we wrote to them and they made us lunch boxes. When we returned to the hotel, we picked them up and had a snack, which was very thoughtful. I recommend it to everyone, an excellent hotel chain.

This feels like one of the best hotels in Malang. The environment and service are both great, and breakfast is good too. The view is nice, with mountain scenery. It was my first time visiting Malang, and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is brand new, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. The breakfast selection was surprisingly good, and the staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay.
The hotel is located in an area surrounded by student housing, which gives it a lively and youthful atmosphere. There are plenty of food options right outside mostly affordable, student-friendly choices but if you’re looking for something more upscale, there are also better dining options just a few hundred meters away.
Convenience is another plus, with multiple Indomaret and Alfamart stores nearby that are open 24 hours.
Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely come back to stay at this lovely hotel again.
