I went there last year, I feel OK, I went this year. The hot spring environment is quite good, the hotel TV can't see, the phone can't be used. The buffet is not as good as before. Mainly the hotel room booked online includes hot spring tickets, and the room at the hot spring service center said that it did not include, and also asked how much money. Waited for a manager to solve it for half an hour. Customer service awareness is insufficient. The online and offline contact is not in place, making people very disgusted.

The hotel environment is very good, very comfortable when I go on May Day, especially in the evening, quiet and comfortable... It is very close to the Great Rift Valley and the hot springs.
