The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff who checked me in was very friendly. The housekeepers and restaurant staff provided excellent service. However, the security guard at the main entrance could improve their service.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel for my business trip. The price was great and didn't break the bank. The lobby is spacious and grand, and the subtle fragrance is very pleasant. The common areas are clean and comfortable. The room itself was a good size, very clean, and quiet, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. The decor is modern and stylish, and all the facilities are new and convenient to use. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The lobby design is very stylish, with high ceilings and exquisite decor that gives it a luxurious feel. The room is well-equipped and smartly laid out, with a clear separation between the workspace and relaxation area, making it suitable for both business and leisure. Breakfast offers a wide variety of pastries and hot dishes, all looking delicious. Plus, the self-service laundry facility is very convenient, meeting the needs of longer stays.

The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍 My child had a great time! 🥳 Food delivery is brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. It would be even better if the scent in the hallway was a bit milder.

This is a newly opened hotel and everything about it is fantastic. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Staying here with my kids while visiting my hometown was so comfortable and relaxing. The self-service laundry room is also superb, with 4 washing machines and dryers. And the breakfast is absolutely amazing! I honestly think this is currently the best hotel to stay at in the city.

The Hilton Lu'an Shanghe Street is absolutely worth choosing! The 10-meter high lobby is grand and comfortable, and the smart lighting and curtain controls in the room are incredibly convenient. The Serta mattress provides an amazing sleep experience. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including local specialties, and the 24-hour gym and laundry room are incredibly thoughtful. The service is efficient and warm, and the location is excellent for easy travel. It's perfectly suited for both business and leisure trips~
