Nanshan Xingmao Hotel & Resort

The hotel, which is attached to the golf course, has an outdated decor, perhaps due to its age. The lobby is also quite simple. The rooms are not small, but the facilities feel too old. The central air conditioning has been replaced with a split-type unit, which works quite well. The breakfast selection is limited, but the staff are still very hardworking in providing service.

The room price is in line with the cost performance. The original design and configuration of the hotel are quite high-end, but unfortunately they are old. The roller curtain between the shower room and the room is even moldy, which is unacceptable, so the sanitation is only three points; there are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is not bad.

There was a power outage in the middle of the night and I couldn't find the waiter. The breakfast waiter was very enthusiastic and felt very good.

Hygiene needs to be strengthened

The mountain view is beautiful and quiet, the golf course is challenging, and there is a local restaurant at the door

I wanted to choose a better hotel. The price was over 300 yuan. I thought that this place far away from the city of Lu'an should be very good at this price. I didn't expect the experience to be so bad. First of all, there was a musty smell when I entered the door. Then I opened the balcony window and prepared to take a shower. I found that the towels were used and not cleaned. I called the front desk and she asked the security brother to send two. Then I was going to use the toilet first and found that there was no toilet paper in the toilet. I called the front desk again to send paper. After taking a shower, I looked for a hair dryer for a few rounds but couldn't find it. I didn't call the front desk again. I sat there to dry. The facilities in the room are also very old, there are few choices for breakfast, and the equipment is not hygienic. I feel that this hotel of more than 300 yuan is not as good as the 99 hotel. I am really disappointed and regret running so far to stay in this hotel. It is recommended that businesses should have a sense of service and not embarrass Lu'an people. I also want to remind everyone to pay attention to it. Expensive is not necessarily good. 😭
