Nanhu Bailuyuan Hotel

The environment is quiet, the scenery is beautiful, and the service is warm. They even gave me a slight upgrade. Suggestions: 1. A very small number of front desk staff could improve their attitude. 2. When guests first get out of the car, the security guard at the entrance should help with their luggage. This is an essential service for hotels rated 4 stars and above.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly; everyone from the front desk to the guest rooms and the two restaurants was very kind and polite. It was a great hotel and highly recommended. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I visit Lu'an.

The hotel is located in Bailuhu Park, a beautiful environment perfect for a relaxing vacation. The accommodations are excellent, with spacious rooms and good facilities. Although it's a bit far from the city center, taxis are readily available. The hotel reception staff were warm and attentive; when we mentioned the blankets were too thin due to the cold weather, they immediately provided thicker ones. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and the dining environment was pleasant. When the reception staff saw us checking out and heading to the high-speed rail station, they offered to arrange a car for us, which touched us deeply.

The room was quite clean, but the facilities were average. The area around the hotel was nice. I specifically chose a lake-view room hoping to see the lake, but unfortunately, a large tree blocked my view from my balcony, which was a pity.

The hotel is situated within a wetland park, in a beautiful and tranquil environment. The staff are very polite and friendly. The breakfast is plentiful. It's perfect for a relaxing road trip. Highly recommended!

The room was nice, but it had a slightly damp smell. The tea provided in the room was delicious, and the environment was quiet with many birds. It was a bit of a shame that I didn't get to have breakfast; I wanted to have lunch, but the chef had already left. The young man at the front desk was very professional and answered my questions carefully, so I give him a thumbs up.
