The room views are absolutely stunning, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation with good hot water. It's a charming, secluded spot. The only downside was the road construction, but everything else was perfect. The hotel has a viewing terrace, so you don't even have to leave to catch the sunrise.

Exceeded all expectations! I never thought I'd find such clean rooms and hot showers on a mountaintop. Plus, there's a projector! The bathrobes were super comfy. The 270-degree view from the room was incredibly relaxing; I could watch both sunrise and sunset without even leaving.

Given the limited conditions on the mountain, I was very satisfied with the service. The room view was first-rate. If you want to see the sunrise and sunset over Laojun Mountain, this is definitely the top choice. Lying in the room watching the sunset was an absolutely stunning experience.

My experience was really bad. The room was practically useless; there was no counter space to put towels or toiletries when washing my hands or face, and nowhere to put a towel in the shower. The staff were very lackadaisical. When I arrived at the guesthouse, no one acknowledged me for a long time. After waiting, a female staff member finally appeared, but she wasn't friendly at all. On the way to the hotel, there's a really messy garbage dump, and the area behind the hotel is also dirty and chaotic. If you plan to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner here, I'd strongly suggest sticking to instant noodles. I had hot pot once and was vomiting and had diarrhea for an entire day – they even served rotten bean curd skins! The dragon fruit at breakfast was also rotten. The staff just dismissed it, saying I wasn't used to the local environment, even though I've traveled all over the country and never had such a reaction anywhere else! I originally wanted to spend more time on the mountain, but I ended up taking the 9 AM cable car down early and didn't enjoy my stay. The last picture is of the meal bill. Also, they stated breakfast was until 9 AM, but then claimed it was only until 8 AM, or there wouldn't be any food left.

This cliffside hotel is absolutely stunning! The 'Ten-Mile Picture Screen' (Shili Huaping) is right below your feet. Eating fried chicken and drinking milk tea in your room, watching everyone else struggle up the path you just came from – it feels like you're achieving immortality. Be aware that there's a steep set of stairs leading up to the hotel. Another amazing thing is that after watching the Laojun Mountain performance, while everyone else rushes to catch the cable car down, I just turned around and was resting within five minutes. It gets dark and cold very quickly on the mountain once the sun sets, so bring extra clothes and good lighting. For sunrise, all you have to do is open your eyes; the hotel has several platforms for viewing, or you can walk to the Golden Summit in just five minutes. This will definitely be a hotel I revisit. For views like this, the dry toilets and lack of showering facilities become utterly irrelevant.

The owner was incredibly welcoming, and the environment was very comfortable. After checking in, the owner gave us detailed information about the best times and spots for watching the sunrise, along with helpful tips. This was a great help, and we're very grateful!

Let the pictures do the talking! I happened to be there during a snowfall, staying in a 'Pillow Cloud' room. I slept soundly on a heated blanket on the second floor, listening to the snow fall all night through the round window – it was a magical feeling. I woke up around 6 AM, and without even leaving the room, just by pulling back the curtains, I could see snow-covered pines, mist, and a blanket of fresh snow – such a stunning view. I couldn't wait to get dressed and open the door, just to capture the snowscape before anyone else had set foot in it (by 6:30 AM, other guests were already starting to come out to take photos and enjoy the view).

This place is absolutely beautiful, and super close to the Golden Summit, just a few minutes walk! The room view is fantastic. The environment is really nice, and the issue of not being able to shower in winter is completely manageable. It would be even more delightful to come here in the summer. So happy! 😊😊😊 The owner is great; they informed us of the hotel's location in advance and clearly communicated all prices, with no hidden fees. They also provided thoughtful tips and detailed explanations. Really impressive.

While the hotel didn't have showers, the view was absolutely stunning. I was also incredibly lucky to see the rime ice.
