Fly Hotel

The price was too high for what it offered. Despite being an airport hotel, it's impossible to walk from the airport to the hotel; the area seemed very dangerous. I tried to request a shuttle, but received no response. The room was large and had two bathrooms, but one of the showers had no hot water and the other had low water pressure. The internet was terrible, practically impossible to use. Breakfast was very poor and had very few options. Although they said it would open at 6:30, it started being set up at 6:40, making it difficult for those who needed to leave early.

The hotel is slowly downgrading their standards The rooms had only 1 towel, so we requested extra towels before going to dinner. When we came back, the towels were still not replaced. The shower was not working properly, making it difficult to wash. I reported before I left

The AC didn’t work except in the bedroom. The bathroom sink and floor was dirty. The main elevator didn’t work. You couldn’t get water and the staff doesn’t speak English.. way overpriced for the accommodations

The Hotel is ok, but has limited options for food

Close to airport but otherwise uncomfortable, poor HVAC, poor food, adequate

It was overnight on the way to Surimo, perfect for our needs
