I originally stayed for one day, but ended up staying an extra day. It's close to the bus station, clean, and has good service. Only the breakfast was a little slow, but otherwise, there were no issues.

Hotel is located on first and second floor. Ground floor door is open all times. Elevator did not work. Reception and room was full of mosquitoes. Plus the carpet was dirty. Disgusting smell. We did not stay and lost the payment.

I've booked on 15th of May Ritz Capital Luanda Angola for 3 nights from 25-28 May on **********, paid 187 euro, the hotel confirmed the booking. On the 25th of May we arrived at the hotel and they refused to give us a room because they allegedly terminated contract with ********** on the 19th of May. We've argued for 4-5 hours, The Ritz Capital hotel managment even admitted that they could see that we paid already but they wouldn't give us a room to stay. We used random guests to translate, called the police etc., it didn't help, no room. Attached find the letter of Ritz Capital where they instruct their recepcionist not to give room to those who paid for ********** or other platforms. We had to go and find an other hotel middle of the night with all our luggages, of course it was more expensive, and we can consider ourseves lucky to had one for the 3 nights we paid already ...

This hotel is the best in Angola, the conditions are very high and the service is the best. Every customer leaves happy, my friends really liked it and I didn't regret bringing them. The hotel's hygiene is the best. Our choice was the best and the reception from the entire multidisciplinary team was so warm and remarkable. Please keep it up 🦾

Come to the "RITZ Hotel" and Discover Comfort in Downtown Luanda! The Ritz Capital Hotel offers a comfortable, safe, and quality stay. Whenever I travel to Cuanza Sul, Huambo, and Benguela, the Ritz Hotel has been my go-to place. I discovered and started visiting Ritz hotels in Sumbe, in the province of Cuanza Sul, in 2017. I liked it, and since then it has been one of my favorite hotels. I highly recommend a visit.
