The hotel was very clean and the owners are very nice. For example, I had mistakenly left some belongings on a bus the previous day and wasn't able to speak very good Lao to explain at the bus station. After I messaged one of the owners of the hotel on WhatsApp, he went out of his way to drive me to the bus station the next morning, explain my situation to them, and help me successfully get my belongings back. Both owners were extremely kind and hospitable, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is good.
It's in the center of town, close to markets etc.
The facilities have a lot of room for improvement.
There were a lot of ants in the bed, which made it itchy and I couldn't sleep.
The hot water didn't work properly, and the Wi-Fi was poor.
The only good thing about it was the location.

Used as a base before entering China. There are very few hotels that can be booked online, so this was a good hotel at a low price. The location is quite good in the city center, and the rooms are standard for Southeast Asia. There is no breakfast service, but there is a restaurant nearby, which is convenient.
