Great location just ＜5min from the mekong river where there are dozens of cafes and restaurants and you can sip a cocktail during sunset. Clean and safe. Our room didn't have windows / natural light. Air-conditioning is loud and blasts cold air directly on the bed, if you're not bothered by white noise 👌🏼

Facilities: The old-fashioned classical style is a bit unique, the room is quite large Hygiene: Clean and tidy. I was worried about mosquitoes, but there are no mosquitoes. I should install screens. Environment: The transportation is convenient, not far from Puxi Mountain and the Royal Palace, the morning market is at the door, and there are alms activities nearby. Service: Can communicate in English, but not Chinese

very bad. 1. Poor hardware. There are more than 600 rooms, which are only equivalent to more than 100 guest houses in China. The room smelled like a bathroom. If you open the window for ventilation, there are mosquitoes. If you don't open the window, the smell will be worse. There is no hot water and bathing is a problem. The soundproofing is poor and the sound of other guests, especially the sound of motorcycles outside, can wake people up in the middle of the night. 2. Poor service. When I checked in, the bed sheets and duvet covers should not have been changed (see picture), otherwise there would be no such long hair, and there were no obvious creases that should have been seen on the newly changed bed sheets and duvet covers. There was a smell of urine on the bed. After thinking for a long time, it must be that a child peed on the bed. This is the only explanation. The only advantage is that the location is good. But when I got here, I found that there were almost ordinary houses for accommodation, and the good location was not the selling point of being a rare commodity.

On the day of staying at the hotel, the tap water did not flow. and informed us that the water would come around 8 p.m., giving a 10 liter water bucket to take a shower first. My friends and I went out and when we came back we were wondering where we could take a cool shower. The front desk staff informed us that the water had not come. and wouldn't come for another 20 days (screaming very loudly). In conclusion, that night and the next morning we had to take a bucket bath. that the school brought No advance notice, no discounts, no refunds at all. Actually staying in Luang Prabang for 3 nights, the first night was the jackpot. The next morning, move hotels urgently!!!

Service: The service is superb!

The hotel location is good, next to the black market, near the morning market, and near the temple. Anyone who wants to get up and offer sticky rice to monks can scoop it in front of the hotel or walk to the temple, it's very close. And the room is beautiful. The room is spacious and clean. Amenities are complete. What we really like is that the breakfast is very full. Who goes to Luang Prabang? Recommend here.

Great location in the heart of Luang Prabang, about a 1 minute walk to the Main Street, National Museum and morning market and a 2 minute walk to the Mekong. UNESCO protected building that used to be residence of a relative of a king has been converted into a hotel. Hotel was clean, well furnished and quaint. Breakfast is not a buffet but a set that you order at the desk. I would recommend skipping breakfast at the hotel and eat at the morning market which is right around the corner from the hotel. Hotel was quiet even though it was centrally located. Hotel was full but since it does not have so many rooms, it was not overwhelmed with guests.
