It’s a beautiful hotel and super friendly/helpful staff. Brekkie was fantastic, esp. rhe congee. It’d be great to do yoga at this beautiful location outdoor. Definitely Suggest the hotel to offer yoga matts at the gym (currently no yoga mats). Its a bit of a trek to the city center - Offering it as a retreat location would certainly a good preposition and value add to itself!

Amazing experience. Best location close to town. Staff 110% awesome. Great food and rooms. Only suggestion is to repair the gym equipment. Will stay again next xmas. Highly recommend.

The environment is really good. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from various locations in the city center every day. It is very convenient. Just pay attention to the time and it ends at 21:10 in the evening. The breakfast here is super delicious and very beautifully prepared. There is a menu that you can order. Stupidly, I only ate the buffets there because the breakfast was good. I even had lunch at her house. It was really good. I loved it the most. In the evening, I ordered a glass of wine and went to the swimming pool to lie down on the rooftop. It was so comfortable.

Booked a Deluxe Kingside room. In the picture there is a balcony with a view but you get a room with no view. The staff told me about the room with the full view...changed to an upgraded room without additional room charge. There is a shuttle van into the city. There are bicycles to borrow, but the bicycles are very big and tall and are not easy to use. During the time we were there, there were a lot of cars and a lot of dust. There is dinner, serving delicious food at inexpensive prices.

However, it is strongly recommended not to come to Luang Prabang from February to April. The air quality is like a volcanic eruption. After we stayed for one night, we decided to give up the next Pullman and drive away in advance. The whole city is yellow, and the air is A smell of paste.
