The location of this hotel is excellent if you are wanting to do an early morning sunrise at Jingshanlin Great wall. This hotel is just right at the foot of the great wall entrance! From the time when we check in to check out, to the staff at the restaurant, they all provided excellent service, with a good smile, friendliness and willingly to help if you have any questions. They are very accommodating for our needs as well since we have a few of us that's vegetarian. The breakfast provided in the morning is excellent and very very fueling. Healthy too. If you want more of something that you like, they will bring it out again. We ate at the restaurant at night too, and the food was good. The room has all the amenities you need. Too bad the spa was not open when we're there (due to maintenance). Overall, excellent place to stay, right at the foot of the great wall. Jingshanlin Great wall is beautiful and one of the beautiful section of the great wall. Definitely worth a visit.

The hotel facilities are okay, but the service is average. There is nothing in the middle of nowhere. After I checked in, the room had a strong smell and the window couldn't be opened. I called the waiter for help. As soon as I entered the door, he asked me fiercely: Why did I open the window when the air conditioner was on? ! Then he reluctantly helped to open it... There were food residues on the carpet that had not been cleaned up. They seemed to be potato shreds or something. They had been there for a long time and it was disgusting! I lifted the quilt before going to bed and found stains, but I didn't change them since the child was already asleep. There were stains on both beds. You can’t say it was us who made it dirty! ! Besides, in what age do you still need to collect a deposit! When I checked out, I was told that I would check out immediately, but it turned out that I didn't check out until the next or third day.

The room is very spacious. The special price room and the private courtyard suite are equally spacious. There are one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs in each suite, with separate bathrooms. In addition, the living room is also very spacious, and it is not crowded for 8 people to play two tables of cards. The heating in the room is very good, and the public areas such as the restaurant lobby are also very warm, especially under the sun, which is very comfortable. In addition to the hard hardware, the service is particularly good. It really feels like home. Every service staff is warm, friendly, and even considerate. A friend's electric toothbrush was forgotten at the hotel. The hotel attendant discovered it when he was cleaning it up. He took the initiative to call us and arrange for it to be sent back by express delivery. The food at Banshan Restaurant is delicious and the portions are generous. My friends from both the north and the south love it unanimously. The hotel can also arrange guided walks around the area, as well as fishing and other activities. It feels like it can be fun to play here in different seasons. Everyone plans to bring their families to play again. I don’t know if it’s due to the season, but the mountaintop restaurant and craft beer bar are not open. Everyone is looking forward to the opening of the beer bar, and some friends are looking forward to having a KTV. Hahaha, I hope the hotel will continue to work hard. The farmyard is at the entrance of the scenic spot, very close. The proprietress is very nice and warm and thoughtful. We recommended to go to the Great Wall to watch the sunset in the afternoon. We can eat when we come back. The next day, I took the elderly with me. I was worried that I would not be used to eating. I asked me to cook my own vegetables to help me. I felt like I wanted to go home to eat.

Breakfast is not complete, but it is enough for skiing, and the children feel good. The hotel has two flaws. . . One is an electric water heater. After washing, one person has to wait for more than an hour. We have five people in total and washed in two days (it seems that there is gas, no research understands). One is that the electricity is not good, because there is no heating, more than two air conditioners are used in an induction cooker. These two points seem to be not very good to improve. The overall is quite satisfactory.
