Great stay!! Wonderful if you have a fur baby that travels with you! Plenty of grassy area for pets. Room was good and breakfast… real eggs!!!! They also make you aware of what to expect for breakfast each day! Overall we think this will be our new home away from home in Lubbock.

Room was very comfy and location was good. Breakfast was not so great—burritos were a good idea, but they were not warm and were pretty tasteless. Maybe just a fluke.

Need to move my return up one day, with other travel companies, it is real simple, but not you guys. Tried canceling, unless your a computer wiz, it not going to happen! I tried for almost an hour, very confusing.
We stayed at the BW last night and they were great, will stay there again in our four trips a year to see the kids, but won’t ever use your site again.

Great hotel. We chose it because of the electric car charger they have and it worked great last time with reduced power. Did the same thing this time but it popped the breaker and staff this time didn't know how to reset the breaker. Please fix the electrical connection for the charger!

I asked in the morming for my room to be made up. They said it would be taken care of. When I returned in the evening it had not been done.
Food was lukewarm at breakfast both days I was there.
