Good stay, a bit small space in the room. the hotel is perfectly located, everything is within walking distance, clean, nice staff. It doesn't have a parking lot, as it says. This surprised us, but the receptionist recommended parking nearby 24h/5EUR. But it was almost full, we had the last place. Booking in advance is not possible. The curtains on the window are translucent, the light penetrates into the room. There is no noise from the nearby station, the windows seal well. The room is beautifully warm. There is no cafe in the room.

Very good location not far from the old town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Air conditioning unfortunately didn't work. Equipment was fine.
Breakfast wasn't booked so I can't rate it.

Nice little hotel just next to the railway station. One minor minus was the very limited English language skills of everybody both in the evening and in the morning. Big plus - how they wellcome pet dogs :-)

Good service , slight odour in the room when we arrived but nothing overpowering. Unusually there were no fridge or tea making facilities in
the room, but a kettle and cup were provided when asked at reception.

This is an great hotel to stay in when visiting Luebeck, 2 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk to the walled part of town. Room & bathroom very nice, no issues with anything. Check in was very easy & fast & I did welcome a check in at 11am. Breakfast was great, so many things to pick from. I rate this hotel A+

The hotel is very close to the train station, it was a good sized room with a comfy bed however the air conditioning did not work. Complained about the air conditioning and was informed by one staff member that he hoped it would work later( in time for bed) and if not then suggested getting breakfast on the hotel the following day, that evening complained again about the air con and was informed it not working but it’s to be a cooler night, asked to change rooms and informed no rooms available with working air con. The hotel is very noisy with the windows open, it’s a busy street and with them closed it was far too hot. Overall it’s ideal for location and if the air con was working would have been perfect. Staff friendly. Breakfast did not get offered the following day for the inconvenience.

Just stayed for one night, came late and left early. But I thought it was a clean beautiful hotel for a great price that I can recommend. We had the smallest rooms and they were small but ok for a night.

Close to the railway station but 15-20 min walk to old town. The cleaning staff forgott to clean our room one day and under the bed was a lot of dust and old peanuts... The stuff was friendly otherwise.
