I stayed at the IBB Grand Hotel Lublin for a week in March 2022. The hotel was very well equipped and my room was excellent! I was there for a week to arrange bus transport from Chelm to - and reception in - the Netherlands for Ukrainian refugees. Unfortunately I forgot to bring my own orthopedic pillow when I left for the Netherlands. It must have been the many life-defining impressions, I suspect. But thanks to the very attentive help of Katarzyna Szwaczkiewicz, I now have my pillow back. She has been so very kind to send my pillow free of charge to my home address in the Netherlands, so that I can now sleep just as wonderfully as I did in the IBB Grand Hotel Lublin after all the impressive days I had in Chelm that week that I stayed there. I look back with great pleasure on my stay at the IBB Grand Hotel Lublin and would like to once again express my thanks to Katarzyna Szwaczkiewicz for her extremely good service! Leon den Hollander

The hotel, in general, is really good, with big and comfortable rooms Room equipment is excellent, bathroom was good as well the restaurant served tasty breakfast, not as usual in hotels late check-in is possible parking available good wifi connection close to the highway, easy to get there support Ukrainians ) don't like - we got 2 separate beds instead 1 double as was ordered, and the mattresses were too soft - meat in steak was rare instead of medium, but other food was delicious

It’s quite a grand place with excellent furnishings. Our luxury room was huge and a delightful place to stay. Staff were most helpful and the breakfast and restaurant were both very good. We were pleased by that since the only downside is the location, well away from the city. It is very near the motorway and there is a frequent bus into town - we used that since it was easier than driving and finding somewhere to park.

The third time in this hotel (2010, 2014, 2023). And if the previous two visits left a very good impression, this time the word ”horrible” is the softest definition to stay in this hotel. The hotel is in a state of reconstruction, or repair, But your activity is not interrupted. As a result, you pay very high price for accommodation, essentially without convenience. During my stay at the hotel there was no elevator. This can certainly happen. But then it is worth working on the service and thinking about how to help paid luggage. That wasn't. The service in the hotel is terrible. During the registration process, the staff member entered the parking check, while I had no car and only the number was indicated in the pre-booking. In the night of a turbulent, after a long road, I didn't pay attention to it. When I asked about the money back, I received charges that I allegedly claimed I had come in my car. The conversation was extremely unpleasant. The money was returned to me, But the staff member did not consider it necessary to apologize. From what I can conclude that customers are delighted to be deceived and will be extremely dissatisfied if the guests decide to fight for their rights. Don't count on attention and respect. The standard room was located on the second floor. The bathroom was a nightmare, the shower cabin was half broken, the toilet barely worked. Breakfast in the hotel is not recommended. The price of breakfast is 45 zloty, in the city where cheaper and better. If you need to visit Lublin, I advise you to avoid the Campanile Hotel.

The hotel serves breakfasts - very tasty, feel high quality ingredients. The choice of food is quite a lot. There is also a restaurant on the hotel, but we have not used it. The large asset is the location of the object- 15 minutes walk to the historic city center. In summary, it is a pretty good base for a visit to Lublin.

I got woken up in the morning by some noisy people on the corridor , you can hear everything from the corridor and the rooms next door because the rooms are not sound proofed. The shower door was faulty and water does onto the floor, they said they’re like fix it but no improvement Breakfast was poor quality with very little section This hotel is not in line with the standards of other Mercure hotels, I paid £276 for 4 nights for a luxury room but there was nothing superior about the room at all , tiny rooms positives: The room was ok, just average , very nice shower gel was supplied. The bed was comfortable and they had a tv with bbc world etc The hotel bar closes at 10 I’d say this hotel is worth around £25-30 per night cos you are going to spend money every day on taxis to and from the city centre cos it’s in the suburbs

Śniadania serwowane w hotelu są bardzo pyszne i sycące:w tym jajka, wędliny, warzywa, oraz słodkości w postaci pysznej owsianki.mielismy okazję również skorzystać z oferty restauracji - obiad również przepyszny oferujący lokalne specjały jak pieróg Biłgorajski Jedyną wadą, jaką zauważyłam, była nieścisłość co do rezerwacji. Zarezerwowałam pokój z jednym łóżkiem podwójnym, a otrzymałam pokój z dwoma łóżkami pojedynczymi. Nie stanowiło to jednak problemu przy nocnego na jedna noc. Ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu w tym hotelu. Lokalizacja, standard, obsługa i jedzenie są na wysokim poziomie. Polecam ten hotel wszystkim, którzy planują wyjazd do Lublina.

Śniadania serwowane w hotelu są bardzo pyszne i sycące:w tym jajka, wędliny, warzywa, oraz słodkości w postaci pysznej owsianki.mielismy okazję również skorzystać z oferty restauracji - obiad również przepyszny oferujący lokalne specjały jak pieróg Biłgorajski Jedyną wadą, jaką zauważyłam, była nieścisłość co do rezerwacji. Zarezerwowałam pokój z jednym łóżkiem podwójnym, a otrzymałam pokój z dwoma łóżkami pojedynczymi. Nie stanowiło to jednak problemu przy nocnego na jedna noc. Ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu w tym hotelu. Lokalizacja, standard, obsługa i jedzenie są na wysokim poziomie. Polecam ten hotel wszystkim, którzy planują wyjazd do Lublina.

I was there for a week to arrange bus transport from Chelm to - and reception in - the Netherlands for Ukrainian refugees. Unfortunately I forgot to bring my own orthopedic pillow when I left for the Netherlands. It must have been the many life-defining impressions, I suspect. But thanks to the very attentive help of Katarzyna Szwaczkiewicz, I now have my pillow back. She has been so very kind to send my pillow free of charge to my home address in the Netherlands, so that I can now sleep just as wonderfully as I did in the IBB Grand Hotel Lublin after all the impressive days I had in Chelm that week that I stayed there. I look back with great pleasure on my stay at the IBB Grand Hotel Lublin and would like to once again express my thanks to Katarzyna Szwaczkiewicz for her extremely good service! Leon den Hollander

The third time in this hotel (2010, 2014, 2023). And if the previous two visits left a very good impression, this time the word ”horrible” is the softest definition to stay in this hotel. The hotel is in a state of reconstruction, or repair, But your activity is not interrupted. As a result, you pay very high price for accommodation, essentially without convenience. During my stay at the hotel there was no elevator. This can certainly happen. But then it is worth working on the service and thinking about how to help paid luggage. That wasn't. The service in the hotel is terrible. During the registration process, the staff member entered the parking check, while I had no car and only the number was indicated in the pre-booking. In the night of a turbulent, after a long road, I didn't pay attention to it. When I asked about the money back, I received charges that I allegedly claimed I had come in my car. The conversation was extremely unpleasant. The money was returned to me, But the staff member did not consider it necessary to apologize. From what I can conclude that customers are delighted to be deceived and will be extremely dissatisfied if the guests decide to fight for their rights. Don't count on attention and respect. The standard room was located on the second floor. The bathroom was a nightmare, the shower cabin was half broken, the toilet barely worked. Breakfast in the hotel is not recommended. The price of breakfast is 45 zloty, in the city where cheaper and better. If you need to visit Lublin, I advise you to avoid the Campanile Hotel.

I got woken up in the morning by some noisy people on the corridor , you can hear everything from the corridor and the rooms next door because the rooms are not sound proofed. The shower door was faulty and water does onto the floor, they said they’re like fix it but no improvement Breakfast was poor quality with very little section This hotel is not in line with the standards of other Mercure hotels, I paid £276 for 4 nights for a luxury room but there was nothing superior about the room at all , tiny rooms positives: The room was ok, just average , very nice shower gel was supplied. The bed was comfortable and they had a tv with bbc world etc The hotel bar closes at 10 I’d say this hotel is worth around £25-30 per night cos you are going to spend money every day on taxis to and from the city centre cos it’s in the suburbs
