This small B and B (5 rooms) is very beautiful and the decor is artistic and elegant. So much attention to detail. My bed was so comfortable, and the shower great. I enjoyed sitting the garden when I arrived for a glass of wine and snack. It's about a five minute walk to Santa Maria gate to Centro. Maria, the owner, and Nadia, her assistant, were welcoming and attentive.

We usually stay at 4 or 5 star hotels. Lucca was our starting base for a longer trip, and as we just spent one day here, we chose a B&B . Let me tell you, this little B&B has everything we needed : The best location, only 6 minutes walking from the walled city. Our room was room number 5 and was huge. We only paid 142 € and had a nice bed, very clean and the bathroom was also great. Breakfast was in the garden, you had everything you needed and the owner was so nice! She explained us that the house is 500 years! The only thing might be, if you have mobility issues, you need to tell them to give you a room in the first floor as there is no lift (obviously in such an old building)

Quartos muito limpos e confortáveis porém a escada é um pouco ingreme e não há elevador. Café da manhã espetacular, com uma variedade e qualidade incriveis. Localização excelente para entrar a pé no centro histórico pela Porta di Santa Maria. Estacionamento público gratis bem proximo mas num dos dias não tinha vaga. O ponto muito negativo foi um suposto problema com os valores pagos e/ou com a empresa que fez a reserva, problema esse com o qual eu nada tinha a ver pois já havia pago o valor que me fora cobrado 6 meses antes da hospedagem. A forma como a proprietária nos recebeu e nos tratou com relação a esse problema específico e que não nos dizia respeito foi inaceitável para dizer o mínimo.

Location fantastica, ho prenotato una suite . Bellissima molto particolare con caminetto e vasca tutto molto pulito e romantico. Personale gentilissimo e attento alle richieste. Ci hanno portato accappatoi e prosecco per festeggiare anniversario. La stanza è fornita di prodotti da bagno e accessori. Colazione veramente ottima dal dolce al salato. Parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti sotto la struttura. Consigliatissimo per visitare Lucca e passare un momento romantico.

Posto bello, personale squisito, ottima colazione. 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.ottimo il letto. Per contro: stanza piccola (3,3 x 2,8 con una altezza di poco' inf ai 4 mt) con bagno di 1,5x1,5. Impossibile fare la doccia. Umidità nella camera. Privacy: si sente tutto quello che avviene nelle altre stanze. Lo scorrere dell'acqua dai rubinetti, lo scarico ecc.inoltre consigliamo di portarsi una pomata per i microtraumi che si prendono spostandosi nella stanza.

B&b appena fuori dal centro di Lucca, molto comodo per visitare la città senza impazzire a cercare parcheggio. Camere pulite, di giusta dimensione, con TV, e tutti i servizi necessari (asciugamani, oggetti da bagno, ...). Presente anche un piccolo giardino. Colazione varia (dolce e salata) con anche opzione senza glutine. Tutto bene, quindi, ma il punto di forza maggiore è la gentilezza del personale, e la loro pazienza. Viaggiamo con un bambino di 3 anni che ha fatto un po' di capricci, e il ragazzo alla reception è stato gentilissimo e comprensivo. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo b&b anni fa ed era tutto ok. Ritornati... Ma non è come era. Camera suite : frigo non va, condizionatore iper lento e rumoroso, porta della doccia rotta, pattumiera mignon in bagno e bon, pulizia non adeguata. Non ci torneremo. Ho fatto presente il tutto durante la colazione al addetto presente in struttura ma zero risposta se non che lui lì non c'entra niente.. colazione scarsa e tutto confezionato. Peccato

Carinissimo B&b ultra comodo se si soggiorna a Lucca perché a poca distanza a piedi dalle mura e con parcheggio libero vicino ..complimenti a tutto lo staff sia alla reception che al servizio colazioni .Abbiamo avuto un problema che ci hanno risolto con disponibilità e gentilezza immediata (il clima nella camera non funzionava) Colazione ottima e x tutte le esigenze
