Great location and a very comfortable room for three adults for one night. Very helpful staff and great facilities. Free tea/coffee was available in the dining room until 6 pm. The continental breakfast was very good.

What a lovely find! A beautiful B&B in the historic walled town of Lucca! Welcoming and spacious, we loved our stay here and are planning to come back! The greeting was friendly and welcoming and our rooms were great, with very comfy beds! Conveniently located within easy walking distance to fabulous places to eat, grab drinks, a great pasticceria, and a very reasonable bike rental place! Rent a bike to ride the wall!

Wonderful location in the historic center, a seven minutes walk from the train station. It is almost next to the walls, you can go for a leisurely stroll. It is elegant, extremely clean and very well kept. I will come back, Lucca is a marvellous city and this B&B offers incredible good value

This lovely place is in a great location just inside the walls of Lucca. It’s really close to the train station and everything is walkable. I was in a room right near reception and it was cosy with a great shower and a really comfy bed. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that but there is a vending machine in reception that does drinks and snacks. There was air-con in the room and the staff were friendly and helpful, lending me a charger for my phone when my plug adaptor wasn’t the right one.

This is an excellent place. Near the train station and easy access to the town. The room is spacious and very clean. AC worked great. The breakfast is very healthy. The only negative was the check in. When I arrived the building was locked and nobody answered the bell. I waited almost 20 minutes before being let in.

On our round trip through Northern Italy we stopped in Lucca from 20.7.-21.7.22. We had booked a double room at the B&B Il Seminario. We were there for the Zucchero concert (LSF "Lucca Summer Festival"). The hotel is very centrally located, right on the edge of the old town. The old town is closed to cars. All the sights can easily be reached on foot. For this reason, it is absolutely necessary to reserve a parking space in advance. Costs 10 euros per night. The car park is right next to the hotel. Check in went smoothly. Our room was on the first floor. Simple double room. Well furnished for a Bed & Breakfast. The rooms are clean. The bathrooms are functional. The breakfast is good. Offers everything you want. You can also have breakfast on the terrace, which is a bit small and not very nicely decorated. The staff is top. Very helpful and friendly. They can give very good tips. We recommend the B&B Il Seminario

I spent 4 nights here. The location is ideal, located behind the cathedral and near the famous wall. Lucca is an ideal location to headquarter when visiting Tuscany. The train station is nearby, the bus station is a further walk but very doable. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was very good.

Highest rating. This B&B had such friendly and helpful staff, CLEAN rooms and comfy beds. The room we stayed in had SO MUCH room! We had two queen beds and the largest bathroom I’ve seen in Italy. And everything was very clean, as well as cleaned daily when you left. The breakfast in the morning had fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, and a coffee machine. The coffee wasn’t amazing but that’s the only thing I can say that wasn’t great about this spot. Highly recommend staying here. The WiFi is great, smart tv and the AC worked perfectly. Everywhere we wanted to go was close, be that bike rentals, food, sight seeing, etc. you should stay here!

We paid over $300 for the room. Well over twice amount for a hotel room outside of the walls. We expected a lot better facilities. We now wish we would have stayed outside the walls of Lucca. The room was rather plain and the flooring was standard generic house tile. The size of the room felt small. The room was not fully furnished with towels. We thought that the towels were behind the door. We did get a shower floor mat which we used so we could get dressed. I would not pay over 100 euros per night here. The breakfast was a standard Italian breakfast, but I caution about the freshness of the items. I don’t like posting bad reviews. But this place needs improvements and a price reduction.
