The hotel is in excellent location, a 5-minute walk from the train station. If you arrive by rail and get off at platform 3, it is strongly encouraged that you exit by the south gate rather than the main entrance. The hotel is directly across the street. Take a look at the image. The hotel staff is very polite, professional, and helpful. The room is comfortable, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is delicious. Alvin, the restaurant manager, is very nice and has a great recall. He gives me gluten-free bread once he realises I have a food allergy. Nothing much to say. Just PERFECT.

Hotel location is fantastic. Less than 1 minute walk from the information center located from the train station.
Hotel room is fine but the edges of the bed frame protrude out hence one needs to be more cautious.
We arrive at 7pm on a Sunday evening and check in was quick. Will appreciate if WiFi password and Lucerne Visitor card are given upon check in instead of having to request for it.
At 11pm, when i tried to input the WiFi username and password, it shows Credit used up. I called the reception for assistance and was told to come down to the reception. After going down, I was given another print out of the WiFi username and password. I do not understand why this cannot be communicated over the phone. Went back to the room, tried the new username and password and it still doesn't work. Only managed to login to the WiFi the following morning when I went to the reception and get another user ID and password. Not sure if this is common in Switzerland but this sure is my first encounter.

Bathroom does not have door and water pipes is next to your bed, other than that, its a great stay!

The hotel is right next to the Luzern train station, just across the road and next door. The facilities are fine, very modern, and the surrounding environment is also good. There is nothing unsafe about going out. It is also within walking distance to various local attractions, which is convenient~
The front desk of the hotel was very welcoming and introduced me to local attractions. In addition, customers staying at the hotel can get a local transportation card and use public transportation as they like.

房間：套房3人住有點偏小，箱子打開後，可以走路的空間基本就要沒了
環境：酒店附近疑似有酒吧類場所，晚上會有很響的音樂聲，電話前台，説無法解決問題，音樂一般11點結束（幸好住的那天9點結束了）。如果對聲音敏感的話，建議避雷
服務：前台認清，早餐服務也很好，主動會問需要的咖啡類型

Very quaint, comfortable, clean hotel. Friendly efficient staff. Great breakfast. And conveniently located close to the downtown train station. This was the perfect hotel for me !
