Brilliant place to stay for solo traveller. The location was easy to find and booking and communicating was easy. I was given a voucher for free bus travel in Luzern and this was so useful. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything I needed so it meant I could cook and save money on eating out. An easy fifteen minute walk to the main train station and ferry stop and an even quicker four minute bus ride. Eclectically decorated, comfy and warm. There were extra touches like umbrellas were provided and there was a laundry room you could use - this meant I didn't need to pack so many clothes! Patricia was very helpful and everyone was friendly and helpful - I loved my stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time and were very well taken care of. There was an issue caused by ******* during our stay which the hotel staff resolved with utmost thoughtfulness and professionalism. They booked us a separate hotel for a portion of our stay at no additional cost, transferred our bags and got us a gift.

Appartement Hofquartier is simply wonderful place. Very nice clean cozy room with high quality furnitures, interior, artwork in the room and building. Nice kitchen with all that you need to cook. Location is perfect. Just a few minutes of walk to lake, Kapel bridge. Everything(supermarket, bus stops, restaurants etc)is just nearby. Plus, Patricia is a wonderful staff! Very friendly, caring, smooth to communicate with. I definitely come back again! Vielen Dank!

The location was excellent!! Grocery. Train, shops, restaurants, tourist attractions all walkable. Christian, the host, was very accommodating. The apartment could’ve used one more comfy chair.

Absolutely perfect. Corresponding with the hotel was prompt and easy. Check in was great and they had our room ready early. They took time to answer our questions and show us how to use washer/dryer. All staff members were friendly. The building was clean and very quiet. Never heard any of the other residents. Great instructions for getting there and checking in. We were in a studio because when we booked all the 1-bedroom units were booked. The studio was very nice and would be fine for a 2-3 night stay, but it was a bit crowded for a 10-day stay. We will try to book earlier next time so we can have the extra space. The studio was very clean and space was used efficiently. Had a small dining table, plenty of storage space, nice shower with instant hot water. Beds were very comfortable. The unit had plenty of good light. It is near the church so you heard the bells, but it didn’t bother us. Just part of the joy of Luzern. The Coop was a short walk and the bus stop was almost right outside the front door. Iron and ironing board and a great hair dryer were provided. It even had a fan which we didn’t need. The only negative was that it would have been nice to have a non-stick skillet. We were able to leave our bags at their office for a few hours after we checked out which was nice.

This was a very nice, well equipped one bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer in the basement. It had everything we needed and the location was within walking distance to the Lion monument, Glacier Garden and the old town with the old bridge. It was Perfect! It was comfortable and the manager was friendly, accessible and very nice! Highly recommend.
