Great place! Outdoor space was ideal, fully stocked kitchen, clean, so many thoughtful little extras. We loved it!

Beautiful location with a great yard and fire pit! Not great for swimming but a nice dock for enjoying the view and fishing.

Beautiful, much to love. will be back Breathtaking and peaceful views. Great log cabin. Wide lot against the lake up on a small hill, made it feel so private and plenty of space for everyone to hang out at the fire pit and for the kids to play. Beautiful sunsets. Eagles, a muskrat that wandered onto the shoreline. Great fishing off the dock, and easy to get a boat rental from a local company. Kitchen fully equipped and plenty of space. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 5 adults and 4 kids ages 7-18 mos. Great deck with table for charcuterie in the afternoon. Fire pit was put to good use, lovely to enjoy the flames with the view of the lake. A couple very small cleanliness issues which did not hamper our enjoyment in any way and Amy was fantastic about making sure to address those things for future guests. Amy kept me informed, checked in and sincerely cared that our stay was great. Entire family said we need to come back next year and make this a tradition.

Very disappointed with this cabin experience. I have never written a review about an experience in my life, but this was such a negative experience that I had to write a review. When we arrived at the cabin it took about 30 minutes to get into the cabin because there was an entry keypad that was malfunctioning. When we finally entered the cabin the outlets and electricity in the kitchen were not working. The sheets on the bed were stained and the carpet was stained though out the cabin. My 19 year old daughter came up for the first day and brought 3 friends with her to stay just for the day. Within 10 minutes of her arrival I get a text from the owner saying that I needed to pay more money to her because I had over the amount of people I originally told her. She must have been watching on her camera while I was there, very uncomfortable feeling. Even though my daughter was just up for the day with her friends, I reluctantly sent the owner money, even though it doesn't state you have to pay for guests if they are just there for the day. The old ping pong table in the basement fell on top of my child while we were down there without touching it. The dock is extremely unstable and I felt like it was going to fall through whenever I walked on it. There was extreme amounts of green algae on the lake and the owner never informed me. We cleaned the cabin for 4 hours and left it perfect. Owner sends a letter saying we broke things that were not even in the cabin, completely fraudulent claim to insurance company.

Roomy with beautiful lake view We enjoyed the spaciousness of this property. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and pots/pans. There were several small appliances, which we did not utilize, but they were provided. We enjoyed the access to the lake for fishing, swimming, canoeing and lots of pontoon boat rides.We had an issue with the extra charge for guests over 8, which we noticed in the description has now been updated to state that guests over 8 persons are extra. It was not in the description when we booked. Amy did refund part of our extra person charge which we really appreciate. We had multiple messages via VRBO website which she always responded to. When it was time to check in at 4:00, we still had not received directions for checkin. We called her and she gave us the instructions over the phone. All was well. We had an issue with no power in the kitchen outlets. The stove and refrigerator worked, but not the microwave or any of the outlets. We used extension cords. We called her and left a message on the evening of our first night, but did not hear back from her. When we called the next morning, she apologized and contacted the neighbors who came over and reset the circuit breaker. Everything worked after that. The location is great. It is very close to the golf course and we also enjoyed mini-golf which was about 25 minutes away. We also enjoyed the multiple seating areas outside In summary, we enjoyed our stay and the issues we had were all resolved.

Lake get away Amazing cabin on the lake, wildlife and beauty! Perfect place to get away to relax. Amazing host who even let us know to look out for the northern lights. Which we saw. We will be back!

Beautiful property The house is very comfortable and relaxing, and the property it's on is lovely. The host has made sure there are plenty of things to do, including kayaking, swimming, cornhole, ping pong, and lots of others. Overall, we'd be happy to come back.

The perfect family getaway. This beautiful home was well-equipped, spacious, and clean,. The weather was perfect and lot of fish were caught. Loved being close to the water overlooking from the fire pit. Many special memories were made at this place. Thank you for letting us have the opportunity to enjoy with our little family.
