Average 4 star hotel in gomti nagar area of city. Limited amenities with average quality rooms. Breakfast is good

For the price we were charged. It was not worth it at all. The room was very small and the amenities just made the cut.

It was a nice experience overall. The staff was nice as well. The only issue I faced was with the cleanliness of the room. Also, they could provide a better entertainment system in the rooms.

I am a frequent traveller and have stayed at numerous properties across many countries, and I must say that my recent experience at Fairfield Marriott Lucknow was truly outstanding. From the moment my family and I arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional level of service extended to us. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, courteous, and genuinely committed to ensuring our stay was both comfortable and memorable. The morning breakfast spread was delightful, offering great variety and quality. Room service was prompt, attentive, and consistently excellent. The overall atmosphere of the property—welcoming, calm, and impeccably maintained—added significantly to the enjoyment of our trip to Lucknow. One thing is certain: whenever I return to Lucknow, Fairfield Marriott will be my hotel of choice. Kudos to the entire management and staff. The towels had some stains on it and the dinner that I ordered arrived quite late with dessert that went cold . But the location and the main dish that I ordered was good .
