I would like to share my feedback on my recent stay at Taj Lucknow. I must say it was a truly fabulous experience. The ambience is serene and elegant. Each morning begins with a delightful flute rendition in the lobby, creating a peaceful atmosphere as guests start their day and enjoy breakfast. The beautifully maintained lawns, where little rabbits can often be seen prancing about, add to the charm of the property. The evenings are equally enchanting, with sundowners accompanied by a graceful Kathak performance. The fragrance of dhoop and the glow of diyas in the lobby create a divine and memorable setting. The cuisine was outstanding, offering an excellent culinary experience throughout my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. Every member of the staff displayed genuine warmth, professionalism, and a sincere desire to enhance the guest experience. Their dedication and attention to detail were evident at every touchpoint. It is not surprising that such high standards are maintained under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Afzal Khan, the General Manager. In a remarkably short span of just two months, he has brought about noticeable positive changes. His constant interaction with guests, visible presence throughout the property, and commitment to prompt action make him an exceptional leader and a shining example for his team. My stay was memorable in every respect, and I look forward to returning.
