＜1 star hotel with dirty rooms. uncomfortable mattresses, no hot water, broken locks, dimly lit corridors, Rude staff and ***ager. They don't see much business due to this. Don't expect 24x7 restaurant as advertised as they close it due to not ***y guests. Better stay in a running OYO or somewhere else than wasting your trip with them.

Accommodations a little old, rooms very small and the central air conditioning does not work properly, as well as the TV channels where the images are very bad.
Minibar is out of stock, which causes inconvenience as you always have to ask for items at reception.

The dishes served at the hotel are no longer the same, they leave something to be desired. And at 2 am in the heat of 27 degrees, the hotel's air conditioning stops working, the room's windows only open 10 cm because they have locks so they don't open more than that. The morning was hell.

I believe that in Araçatuba it is an ok room. I had already stayed at other Ibis with greater comfort, both in the bed and the environment. The TV is in a low position, and is not fixed to the wall.
For chubby people like me, the bathroom is not pleasant. To use the toilet, the leg hit a toilet paper holder, not being in a good position for use.
The 24-hour bar to get sweets and drinks was good and the coffee was well served. Positive point.
The hotel is undergoing renovations, so ***y things can be improved soon.
Overall it was a good stay.
Polite and very helpful staff.
