我們之前沒有來過海螺溝，所以選酒店還是很慎重的，開始看了這家説沒有製冷的空調，心裏還是有點虛。結果到了之後發現已經有製冷系統了，還是才安起的，安裝師傅過來處理了的，感覺棒棒的。來之前主管小毛已經聯繫我了，並且免費升級成了套房，房間很大很滿意，客房服務也很及時。現在淡季過來體驗很好，房間視野非常巴適，空氣很好，看着雲霧聽着河水聲，靠近河這邊關上門窗一點也不影響睡眠，唯一就是沒來得及泡温泉，下次再來

酒店位於景區山谷裏，自己開車很方便，風景超美，房間夠大，老牌星級酒店配置，帶大陽台可以觀景。温泉太棒了，大小十多二十個泡池，很濃的硫磺味，應該是直接抽取的地熱温泉，泡起來非常解乏，泡完了身上滑滑的，連住了兩天也泡了兩天，小朋友玩得不想走；順便説一句，酒店配置一個50米標準游泳池，裏面放的居然是温泉，壕！酒店早餐也不錯，品種多，神湯牛肉米粉、温泉蛋和氂牛酸奶強推，一定要品嚐一下，是這裏的特色美味👍👍👍。

説實話，酒店位置好，外觀到環境都不錯，最大的亮點就是它的各種不同功用的温泉池，確實能讓舟車勞頓的旅客得到放鬆，晚餐味道也不錯，價格合適，服務員到位。
唯一要吐槽的是它的早餐，太糟糕！既然知道客流量大，那麼後勤保障就應該跟上，偌大的餐廳菜品少，服務不到位，看着用餐的用“搶”這個詞一點都不誇張。另外辦理入住手續太繁瑣，同樣都是海螺溝的酒店，也需要登記備註掃碼什麼的，但別人是大堂工作人員協助完成，工作效率高得多。

很棒的一次旅行，前台沙沙小姐姐熱情專業，對我們很好，還給我們升級了房型！房間舒適大氣，晚上睡覺門窗關好就很安靜了，其實聽着溪流聲更容易入眠！酒店的温泉超級棒，淡淡的硫磺味，還有温泉游泳池，小朋友超級喜歡！酒店的藏式小火鍋和燒烤也很好吃，雅間二的阿姨服務也很細緻體貼！總體來説，是一次很滿意的體驗！

體驗感非常不好的一次入住。有空調，但不能調任何模式，半夜熱醒三次，每次摸額頭全是汗！是的，室外很涼快，室內熱，有空調，但不起作用。第三次熱醒時（半夜3點）撥通了前台電話，回曰：整個酒店的空調都不能調模式，需要開啟通風模式！！！你的温馨提醒盡提醒沒用的，就是不提醒這個有切身感受的事！！下次（如有）還是另行選擇吧

酒店環境不錯。乾淨衞生。尤其是温泉非常有特色。小朋友很喜歡那個大的温泉游泳池。温泉游泳池裡的服務也是特別好，尤其是有位姓羅的工作人員，服務特別好，非常熱情，贊👍！上午一直看見他們在打掃游泳池，怪不得游泳池那麼乾淨！衝著這裏的温泉，強烈推薦！

酒店是海螺溝規模比較大的，游泳池是標準的50米池游泳非常舒服，泡池水也是天然的礦物質水泡了感覺皮膚滑滑的，早餐一般般可以吃飽，停車場大停車方便，早晨泡池8點就開放人少水乾淨如果在來海螺溝還會選擇入住

酒店位於海螺溝鎮進景區的公路旁，交通方便，環境優雅。入住時告知升級成了藏式康養房，十分驚喜。推開陽台的門就可以看到山景，聽到山腳下溪流的轟鳴。酒店温泉更是名副其實，池子種類多，還有一個超大的泳池。

自駕川西回到低海拔地區，又一次入住貢嘎神湯温泉，非常適合休整的地方，温泉水，環境是數一數二的好，酒店房間大，乾淨，早餐豐富，服務態度也極好，從辦理入住開始，前台小沙熱心周到，讓人如沐春風，客房，餐廳的工作人員也很認真禮貌，以後還會來的。
