Nice location. Clean rooms and was nice to check in the room even when we were late

Booked this room with kitchenette hoping to cook some noodles soup for dinner.  However,  there are no pots/dishes/cutlery/dishwashing liquid available

The room is simple and fresh, the location is excellent, there is a simple stove, it is on the main road, the traffic is a bit noisy, there is a coffee machine downstairs, it is a good choice for a short stay in Lugano

Wonderful hotel. Conveniently located: near bus stops, within walking distance of the supermarket migros and denner (it is worth considering that they close early enough), if you do not have time to shop, you can go to the minimarket at the gas station. There is air conditioning, a kitchen with everything you need, a table and chairs, so you can have dinner in your room. There is no TV, it is, in principle, not particularly needed. We liked everything, I recommend the hotel  

Very good apartment hotel, you can cook and think about it. The bus is directly next to the hotel when you leave the train station, and it takes less than five minutes to walk. PS prices are also very affordable, I have never stayed in a hotel with such a low price and good service in Switzerland, recommended

There is no breakfast here and there are no parking spaces. After giving the city tax, the hotel will provide free tickets for city traffic. It is very convenient to take a bus in the city for free.
