The hotel is situated in a very nice zone, with a water near. Parking is available if you ask, but reception works till 18:00, or you receive a code for a box to self-checkin

Very tidy and comfortable room and tasty breakfast. The hotel is ideally located near bus services that connect directly to the train station.

Lugano, the perfect mix of modern Switzerland and old-school Italian flair, is quirky, beautiful and delicious. So is Hotel Atlantico. Aged like a fine wine, current in its’ ability to anticipate modern travelers needs, THIS is the place to stay if you want to live like a local. All the local attractions are easy to walk to and the multilingual Elizabeth excels in role as Manager, concierge and while you’re there it feels like you’re old friends. The place is unique, quaint and well maintained. The breakfast ROCKs and so do the staff and atmosphere. Danke, Grazie, Merci, Thank You.

Convenient hotel, with very friend personnel, but there was a very strong smell of chemicals in my room, perhaps fresh paint, which spoiled my stay.

The Hotel Atlantico in Lugano has relatively simply furnished rooms with quite small bathrooms, but everything is extremely clean and well-kept. The breakfast is rich and the home-made jams are particularly eye-catching. The unusually attentive, courteous and professional service is absolutely top! The former boss Elisabetta listened to our every wish (three brothers with wives) and even saved a canceled shuttle service to the airport at short notice. This is really good old school!

I was with a group and we were very well received in this family hotel at the foot of Monte-Bré. Friendly and helpful staff, large and quiet rooms. The breakfast is very complete, fresh and delicious! General satisfaction!
