Everything was as expected.

Upon check in the receptionist was helpful and told us to park the car for free for 1 night.

one of the receptionists was rolling her eyes 🙄when I didn't understand what did she say ....

Very good hotel with fantastic service at breakfast

Clean and friendly front desk

I stayed at this hotel for one night on business. It's centrally located, about 5-10 minutes from the lake. Garage parking is available, but the entrance is very steep and narrow. It's easily manageable with a regular car, but with a large car it's difficult and only suitable for good drivers, which is why the price (CHF 20) for a parking space is quite high. The hotel room is modern, very nice and clean, with everything you need. Very friendly staff, excellent service. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with a wide selection. I will definitely book a room there again. I highly recommend it.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean. The morning buffet had a huge selection. The only drawback was that we were able to have a nightcap at the bar two evenings. On the third evening, they said that wasn't possible. (Someone else from the staff was there.) 🤷♀️. We would choose this hotel again anytime!

The hotel offers everything you need. A great breakfast buffet with very attentive and extremely friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, three bus stops from the center of Lugano (or a 10-minute walk), and good value for money. We highly recommend it!
