Beautiful, right near the lake with a restaurant and bar. Owner is lovely and takes great pride in making sure your stay is great. Why there’s 4 stars - location is a far walk from the downtown, and there were little ants in the room. It was great for us but if you can’t handle that this wouldn’t be for you.

The building opposite the front desk had good security. The rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to the train station, church, art gallery and central market! The room is well-equipped and clean! The hotel does not have breakfast, but provides free coffee and cookies in the morning🍪

Only stay here if you have no alternative. We only stayed 1 night (luckily). It was too hot. No ac. Ants crawling over my body. The floor was broken. The towels looked like hand me downs from a charity and smelled disgusting. The breakfast was just sad, we went to a grocery store later for better food. Tables and floor sticky, again bugs and flies all over.

Great value, out of town, but on a busy road. Parking is close and convenient and a bus route means the walk down to and back up from Lugano can be avoided. Staff were super friendly and tried to be helpful at every turn. Food in the evening was OK but pricey, breakfast for us a little disappointing, cappuccino undrinkable,

I arranged my trip at very short notice, arrived very late, but Luca was there to welcome me to his Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and when my lift to the Airport didn’t arrive due to a landslide on the main road from Milan to Lugano, Luca offered to take me, without which, I would not have made my Flight home. In short, excellent location, great value for money and a perfect host!

Great place and venue. Very good location. Nearby Town centre but also Gandria. Very friendly owner and staff. Food is amazing. Evening cocktails very much recommended and affordable prices. My room had a great view of the lake. I can't find a fault for this place

The hotel has 5 rooms, it is small and is very close to Monte Bre. Take bus 12 and you will get there. Lucca is an excellent host and the hotel is very well connected to public transport. It has a European breakfast with an extra cost and the check-out time is at 11.

The hotel is recommended for easy-going guests with no mobility impairments. Quiet, old building in need of renovation, clean, pleasant atmosphere, very good, friendly, and helpful staff. The surrounding area is very beautiful, recommended for walks, and there's also a bus stop to Lugano.

Per lavoro Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel almeno un giorno alla settimana nell' arco dell' ultimo anno. Non posso che esserne entusiasta, in tutto e per tutto. La cordialità e la disponibilità dei proprietari, la squisitezza della cucina, le camere, la location: appena fuori dal centro di Lugano, in una posizione strategica. Un ambiente molto accogliente, una vista incantevole. La terrazza è superlativa, un angolo di pace dove rilassarsi e stare bene. Il rapporto Qualità/ prezzo, assicuro, è ottimo.
