Before the May 1st holiday, I wanted to go to the Golden Peacock Hot Spring with my family. Seeing that the hotel has just been renovated and opened in 20 years, I booked a room to try it out for the new opening. After arriving at the hotel, the warm receptionist at the front desk checked in in time, and said that because the room was not tight during the off-season, we upgraded our room. I booked a family suite. The staircase in the guest room is very spacious. The area of the room is beyond my imagination. Decorated in the style of a Chinese-style bed and breakfast, the room has two large bathrooms, one of which has a large hot spring pool, and the living room is also very large. There are three beds in the suite, and the beds are very wide. The two single beds in the room are 1.6 meters. A double bed is two meters long, and a single bed is more than enough for two people. Soon after entering the room, the waiter knocked on the door and delivered two local fresh fruits and melons. It was very warm and decided to continue staying for another day. This stay is a very good experience, I will definitely come again next time I have the opportunity! In addition, there are newly opened hot spring pools and swimming pools in the hotel yard, but there is an additional charge, but it is also newly renovated and opened. We bought a discount ticket of 168 yuan for two people, and all brand beverages and snacks are free. What is more praiseworthy is All the toiletries are genuine products of Lux. This is very rare in public places. All the service staff are very enthusiastic and keep all kinds of warm reminders. I like the No.1 Spring Hotel!

I booked this hotel for my wife, who is Chinese. I wasn't allowed to use my trip coins. She was in town to register our Hong Kong marriage at the Hukou office. The room they booked her into was not the one that was advertised. I booked a panoramic double room but what is shown in the pictures is not what she received. I suspect because she is Chinese she was downgraded. She said the room was old and not good. They did switch her to another room for an upgrade but it still looked like the same type of room. It was very small when compared to the pictures on trip.com. At first, we thought this was a hotel we could stay at again when I come to Anhui to visit her family. After her experience, we will probably not stay here. I have very high standards and always expect to get what I pay for. Additionally, her reservation included the free breakfast buffet. She said the breakfast was low quality. Also, the reservation included a free gift. She did not receive a free gift, as promised.

Golden Peacock’s hardware is actually rated as 5-star, but software management is not good, and some of the hardware is fished in troubled waters. The bathroom of the room I stayed in did not have ventilation facilities, which made me feel weird. The hair dryer was also broken and could not be used. What's more interesting is that the room has no way to contact the reception desk. Tucao resort hotel like this, I don't want to stay a second time.
