Firstly receptionist gave me queen bed room classic.. but i pay for king bed room deluxe .. i already ask the receptionist but unhelpful since they said room type was auto assign by trip.com in system and ask me to make complaint throughly online by myself. After direct complaint with trip.com,the receptionist ask me if i want to change king bed room.i change to new room at 2300H. MY room also blackout at 1000H until 1200H before i check out due to Technical issue.blackout for 2 hours.. the room also dusty.
