The hotel boasts luxurious decor and a fantastic breakfast spread. Our room was spotless, and the service was warm and attentive. My only minor complaint is the scarcity of furniture in the room; there was no desk, so I had to put my laptop on the small minibar stand. Also, the twin beds only had one tiny nightstand between them.

The lady at the front desk was so kind and gave me a free room upgrade. The room was also very clean and well-maintained. I especially want to give a shout-out to the front desk lady – this was my first stay, and I'll definitely be back!

I stayed at the Chuyue Hejin Hotel in Luohe for two nights during a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The design felt new and upscale, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing. The staff were polite and professional. While not all of them spoke fluent English, they were very helpful and used translation apps to assist when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of both Chinese and some Western options. The restaurant also served dinner, which was convenient since there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance. The location was central in Luohe and easily accessible by car. It’s a good option if you're visiting for business or just passing through the city. I would definitely consider staying here again. The quality exceeded my expectations for a hotel in this price range.

The hotel has a good location with many shops nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. The hotel has its own parking lot with staff to arrange parking and help with luggage. Free breakfast is provided. The facilities are a bit old, but the price is relatively cheap.
