The staff are very friendly and willing to help customers with enquiries.
We were allowed for late check out at 3pm.
The only negative feedback is that ventilation from the hotel rooms are not good enough.
I booked 3 rooms, only 1 of the room got aircon with cold air, the other 2 rooms are very hot 🔥.
Was told by the staff that they are using central aircon system which provides warm as it is winter now.
The room was so hot until the kids cannot fall asleep. The technician checked but unable to solve the issue.
We have to open the window and let cold air come in.

Service: The lady at the front desk is very nice. The courier was placed in the courier room on the underground first floor without any notes. We couldn't find it, so she took us to get it. When the courier point was closed, she knew we needed it urgently and asked the security guard to open the door. Check-in and check-out were also very fast;
Hygiene: Generally quite clean, but there were old yellow stains on the toilet. We disinfected and cleaned it but couldn't get rid of it. Finally, we bought a disposable toilet cover. It is recommended that the hotel prepare a new toilet utensils;
