Beautiful lush hotel with a very relaxing atmosphere. Very comfortable bed with great bathroom and balcony. Buffet breakfast although had a wide selection, the food quality was only average. The Chinese restaurant within the hotel however had very good food. Amenities like pool, table tennis and gym were great. There was also payable karaoke and mahjong rooms. Staffs were all amazing and helpful. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

An exceptionally well run Resort/hotel. Check in was perfect. Breakfast was exceptional, including a lot of variety, very well staffed and sufficient space (some private rooms) even during morning peak demand. The room, except for some lighting/switch issues was exceptional. Bathroom amenities good. Swimming pool (25M) was very good (a little on the warm side) and very well staffed. In general, Yishui's staff is honed to almost military precision, inconspicuous but very attentive. Although not advertised as a tourist hotel the resort is very close to the Luoyang grottos, a brisk walk to the NE entrance or 10 minute taxi ride to the West entrance. Luoyang's high speed train station is a short taxi ride.

Convenient transportation; limited surface parking spaces, but ample underground parking; free parking with no registration required. Spacious, clean, and quiet rooms with a good balcony view. Powerful heating, comfortable bedding, separate shower and toilet, and pleasant-smelling toiletries. Attentive and child-friendly room service, promptly addressing needs. A plentiful breakfast; Luoyang's specialty beef soup is highly recommended. Front desk staff member Xiao Yang was very helpful and had a lovely smile; thank you. Cons: The pool water was too cold; the children found it unpleasant.

The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and attentive; I'm especially grateful to the guest manager, Meng He, for her thoughtful and meticulous arrangements. From the doormen to the receptionists, everyone made me feel right at home. The room was also spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I'll definitely be back in Luoyang again.

This was the best value-for-money five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel is very grand, with tasteful decor, spacious rooms with balconies offering views, and a consistently warm temperature that kept the air conditioning on. There were also nine different pillows to choose from. The room was clean and odor-free, meeting all my requirements as someone who is particular about sleep.
